Development Research Of Pension Service Industry In Inner Mongolia

In recent years,pension services have attracted increasing attention and obtained continuous progress in China.But compared with developed countries,China is still under the pressure of improving people's livelihood and promoting the economic development.It is a relatively lasting and important work to deal with the problem of population aging and grasp the positive impacts it brings.Actively develop pension service industry is an important aspect of facing with the problems caused by population aging and making use of the positive impacts.In general,pension service industry is still in the start stage in our country.There is a big gap between the level of pension services supply and the demand of pension services.In this paper,population aging is the economic and social development background of pension service industry,researching the countermeasure that promoting the sustained and healthy development of Inner Mongolia pension service industry in different ways,such as building a moderately prosperous society,constructing a social and industrial development system and making policy to guide and support social forces participating in pension service industry.With the increasing elderly population and continuously upgrade the level of population aging,the market environment of pension service industry in Inner Mongolia become better and better.But it also has lots of problems,especially in the supply side.There are many opportunities and challenges under the combined forces of the market economy and the social security system.Pension services have attracted increasing attention,and various provinces and cities also attached more importance to it.We must rely on the market's allocation of resources decisive role,play an active role in the government's macro-control,construct a equitable development environment for pension services,and continuously promote the rapid and stable development of pension services.In this paper,the status of the aging populatio n of Inner Mongolia as a starting point,analyzed the current situation of Inner Mongolia,attempting to identify possible pension service industry development problems and countermeasures.Actively respond to the aging population increasingly grim situation,promote the development of pension service industry,is contribution to promote economic restructuring and industrial upgrading and social economic sustainable and healthy development.The first part of the article expounded the research background,research significance and the research of foreign and domestic scholar;The second part was related to the concept of pension service industry,and related basic theory for a simple introduction;The third part combed through the current situation of pension service industry in Inner Mongolia from the perspective of both supply and demand;The fourth part analyzed and summarized the developing problems of pension service industry in Inner Mongolia;The fifth part,putted forward to the developing direction and specific ideas of pension service industry in Inner Mongolia.In order to content various pension services need of the elderly,provide high quality and efficient pension services supply,construct more social and industrial pension service system,promote economic and social sustainable and healthy development,we should base on the home care,with community care services as a support and rest home as a supplement,starting from the spec ific needs of the elderly,shap ing industrialization and market-oriented service system,constructing the multifaceted economic pension pillar,improving the pension services supply capacity.
