With the development of the economy and the progress of society,the management of government is gradually developing towards knowledge,information,network,and integration.The strength of the national strength depends on the quality and level of work of the civil service,which is reflected in the workability and work efficiency of the civil servants.It can be seen that the civil service training is an important job for each service-oriented government.Working ability training for civil servants plays an important role in improving the overall level of public human resources in the country and is conducive to arousing the whole society's positive spirit of respecting knowledge,respecting talents and respecting labor.Therefore,the present writer of Vietnam civil servants ability training in the subject,on the basis of the civil service training experienceat China and some developed countries,combined with empirical research and training of civil servants and civil service training status of our countries analysis to extract existing problems in the training process,thus proposed countermeasures to improve the efficiency of the civil service training.To clearly understand the proposed method,the reservation will investigate some main parts as the following presentation:The first,the basic problem in order to understand the subject of the study,the main content of the first part is based on the theme of research,put forward the Vietnam civil service training background,but the research and introduces the connotation and significance of civil service training,workability,workability connotation of civil servants to various ideas and research framework,and introduces the research background,purpose and the significance of the research method and the framework of this study.After understanding the relevant research,the author pays attention towards understanding the various concepts related to the civil serviceability training,and introduces the support theory.The third part of this paper is the introduction of Vietnamese government's development of civil servant training system,which involves Vietnamese government's training for civil servants and the evolution of related systems.The author introduces the specific structure of the current training mode of Vietnamese civil servants,which involves the definition,classification and citation of the Vietnamese government,and the basic elements of the current training mode of Vietnamese civil servants.In the following content,from the six dimensions of training principles,institutions,types,contents,methods and forms,the author gives a general introduction to the training system of Chinese civil servants,so as to compare the differences between China and Vietnam in the training mode of civil servants' ability.As well as the reference and reference of the Vietnamese government to China's excellent training system.To make more accurate analysis and judgment of civil servant training of civil servants to improve the ability,the author has done an empirical study.The empirical analysis in the process of the establishment of the research framework and hypotheses need only after the first step,then questionnaire design,content validity and reliability test,questionnaire,and the questionnaire recovery statistics and analysis methods,and summarized from the point to the surface at the Vietnam government civil service training live on management work,training implementation and training objective implementation degree,training results in different aspects of the analysis,evaluation.According to the results obtained from the actual research,combined with the analysis of material data related departments especially Vietnam,the Vietnamese Government Ministry of internal affairs,the office of the government,trying to find out where the problem of training mode of civil servants' capacity in Vietnam.Finally,one of the key contents of this paper is that the author can find the feasible solution from the root cause of the situation,and put forward some suggestions and follow-up research recommendations.
