Discipline is the basic unit of the organization, and is the most important foundation. In the process of building the world class university and college "basic operating unit" as a discipline is always in the base position. Subject value orientation is the direction of subject activity, is the subject of value subject to its objective cognitive ability as the basis, in the external social and historical development and discipline development actual situation, in the practice of discipline construction in a behavior tendency. It is the rational choice of the value of dynamic process of subject value subject, its dispersion through the discipline construction in all aspects in the present subject value orientation includes two dimensions:ideal and reality. Since university discipline construction in deep "either/or" value confusion, which leads to the relationship between discipline and social goal and academic goals has been more prominent.
