In China Rural-urban migration have been from the initial one moved into the family migration phase,and this feature is especially prominent embodies in Cenozoic migration population groups.With the development of modernization and rural urbanization,rural-urban Cenozoic population more and more from rural to city as soon as possible.They yearn for city life,and have a strong appetite permanent resident.Under the influence of the objective system,the new generation family migration is not plain sailing in our country,it needs to be done step by step all the family members of the migration.According to the forecast of?the Report on the development of China's floating population(2016)?,Future Cenozoic population and over 40 of floating population continues to increase,and the number of the floating elderly and children is also increasing,demand for service management of floating population has become increasingly complex.Therefore,this research focuses on rural-urban Cenozoic population family patterns of migration,from the perspective of family structure and family members,respectively analyze the couple family migration patterns,core family migration patterns and distinctive family migration patterns.This paper based on the migration subject of capital characteristics and the relationship between family members.Through collecting country nearly three times of the population census and the 1% population sampling survey data in 2015,then summarizes and analyzes the changes of the family migration process since reform and opening up.First,the development phase of population migration,since reform and opening up in China,gradually relaxed migration policy regulation,in different stages political and economic development speed also directly affects the speed and number of the population flow.During 1978 to 1999,population flow was still in the stage of growth at a constant speed.Since 2000,with the progress of science and technology and the rapid development of the eastern coastal areas and cities,China has entered into the phase of rapid population flow,and from a single individual migration transfer to family migration.After 10 years,by 2011 the population gradually into the family main migration phase.This stage of the family migration population,the new generation of migrant workers become the main body.From the population migration reasons,To work and business for the purpose of migration population increases year by year,and now account for the largest proportion.Second,the current situation of the family migration,the rural-urban migration is still the main body of China's population migration,population family mobility between different ingoing areas exist differences,Trailing their children's education problem become a top for nuclear family migration.Third,it is about the development trend of family migration.The population family migration will tend to stabilization,migration is given priority to core family migration,and the trunk migration trend is obvious.The migrated Cenozoic population settled intention for a long time has been increasing.The age of parents of the rural-urban migration tend to be younger,Migration quantity is also increasing,and this will put forward new challenge involving the urban services management.Rural-urban migrants are restricted by the household registration system for a long time,the whole family member migration only partial time step by step to complete.Therefore,this article from the angle of family structure divided the Cenozoic population into “the couple migration patterns” which only including the husband and wife,“nuclear family migration patterns” which including both sides of husband and wife,and unmarried children common migration,“trunk family migration patterns” which including husband and wife?unmarried children and parents(For one of the parents or parents)the whole family go out.Based on “Dynamic Monitoring Data of the Floating Population” in 2015,this paper made statistical analysis on Cenozoic family migration pattern.Found that rural-urban Cenozoic's population is now in the "family migration is given priority to the nuclear family migration,and the trunk is complementary" state of migration.It exist differences in the proportion of Rural-urban Cenozoic family migration patterns among different areas of China.Articles from the macroscopic Angle summarized the cause of rural-urban Cenozoic family migration patterns as three aspects: institutional factors,human capital and social factors.Then through the empirical analysis method,analyzed the influence factors of rural-urban Cenozoic family migration patterns choice.The empirical results confirm that the human capital characteristics(occupation and income)of rural-urban Cenozoic main body seriously affect the choice of family migration patterns.In terms of demographic characteristics,nuclear family migration patterns are more likely to happen for minority population.Range of migration has significant effects on family migration patterns,the smaller the range,the more family members following the migration.The long stay will is proportional to the family migration patterns for rural-urban Cenozoic population.Rural-urban Cenozoic couples family migration characteristics analysis,we concluded that the Cenozoic migration couples the proportion to the degree of education and professional is different among different areas,especially the northeastern characteristic is apparent,the highly educated Cenozoic couples has the highest proportion who flow into northeast of China,and the ratio is relatively high that working in Stable career such as state organs,public institutions.About the he analysis in immersive of couple family migration,we adopt principal component analysis and factor analysis method,Results show that the stability factor of income(professional,workers' insurance,net income)has the greatest impact on immersive of rural-urban Cenozoic couple family migration.Shandong province owns the highest total score,which is the best province in immersive of couple family.In the nuclear family migration,it exists larger correlation exists between children's selection in admission to school and parents' human capital characteristics.Since the ancient times,filial dependency on their parents is not only embodied in the emotional aspects,but also in terms of economic relations,Parents' education level and professional demand directly affect children education choice,and their working hours also determines whether they can take care of their children personally.Research about characteristic of parents on their children's education choice factors,we found that,in terms of education level,income,working time,the father and mother have the differences in affecting children's education choice,such as father whose highly educated and high income are conducive to children to school in trailing.When their mother work for a long time,it will be bad for children to school in trailing.Rural-urban Cenozoic population have a strong family values,at the same time have a stronger dependence on parents.Compared with the first generation of rural-urban migrants,their migration is not only drive the elderly parent migration,but the age of parents across 40 s,50s,60 s,70s and so on.Born in 60's and 70's parents did not go into old age,they belonging to the young parents' migration.Therefore,this article is line with 60 years old of the age,researching separately the two parents' migration decision.Using multiple Logistic regression analysis method,analyze the influence factors of migration decisions.The following research conclusions:Middle-aged parents take work and trail as the main reasons of migration.Education of rural-urban Cenozoic population has the same effect on father' and mother' migration decision,that is to say,the higher the education in the Cenozoic migration family,parents are likely to occur migration of trailing nature.Career of rural-urban Cenozoic population has a different effect on father' and mother' migration decision,there are some similarities on the choice of career between Cenozoic migration subject and their fathers,however,more stable of the Cenozoic career,more prone to trailing flow for mother.Scope of the migration and age of the parents have different effects on their migration decision.Elderly parents take migration reasons as work,take care of their children/grandchildren,and pension migration.Education degree of Cenozoic migration subject has remarkable effect on migration of elderly parents.The main factors influencing of the elderly parents migration reason is their source of income.Second,different flow region,elderly parents' migration reasons have different proportion.Elderly parents who flow into the eastern region are more likely to take care of their children and grandchildren.Finally,summarized the impact of the rural-urban Cenozoic family migration,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.Articles from the area of origin,the ingoing area,migrant three aspects to expound the positive and negative effects brought by the rural-urban Cenozoic family migration.In view of the problems and impact of new generation family migration,this paper suggested that from three perspective as government,community and individual,and nine aspects' countermeasures and suggestions to promote the rural-urban Cenozoic family migration and smoothly integrated into the local life.
