The Research On The Development Of Contemporary Village Space Form In Southern Jiangsucountryside Under Human-Industry Dual Dimensions

Since ancient times the southern Jiangsu countryside has been the pioneer region of China's economic and social development,and Wuxi is an important part of the southern Jiangsu region.It is also a typical representative of the southern Jiangsu rural development.Contemporary economic development in Sunan country has crossed 30 years since "Southern Jiangsu Model" was put forward for the first time in 1985 by the teacher Fei.Although the trajectory of social and economic development has been adjusted in this process,in essence,it has been strong government direct configuration and intervention that dominated the industrial development.Under the imperfect present system,due to the excessive pursuit of economic development advantages,one-sided pursuit of production efficiency,the viability of the villagers tends to be suppressed.This development model leads to the "strong government and weak society" phenomenon in southern Jiangsu countryside which reflects the contrary trend of strong economic growth and slow increase of villagers'living standards.At present,under the international background of weak foreign investment,the southern Jiangsu region is trying to restart the endogenous growth model by expanding domestic demands to stimulate economic development.Government's despise of villagers' quality of life for many years has resulted in limited entrepreneurial ability of villagers and profound impact on the development of the social and economic transformation.From the starting point of today's new urbanization process,the "people-oriented" urbanization strategy means that in addition to providing fairness and justice of public service and social security,it is more important to coordinate the person's behavior and with psychological and ideological mode and the progress of urbanization.Therefore,based on the research of survival ability of villagers,family household and development of rural industry in Southern Jiangsu countryside today,this article analyses the condition and internal mechanism of village spatial form development under the joint action of human and industry.This paper is based on field surveys of 24 village samples and industry data acquisition in Wuxi city.It combines the quantitative method with empirical case studies as the research methods.Firstly,this paper uses the discrete model analysis to gain the related influence factors of career choice of villagers' family main labor and the related influencing factors of the willingness to migrate between urban and rural of family's members.Secondly,it uses the Poisson distribution model space or negative binomial model to analyze the features of rural industry spatial distribution within the territory of villages and towns,and explores its impact on the development of human and rural space.Finally,this paper studies the influence of industrial development on village's spatial form through quantitative analysis of industry rural spatial development.As for the case of induction part,author bases on the characteristics of three major industries in the villages's spatial evolution,analyzes the way human factor and industry factor influence on each other in the process of rural spatial development.Through the study of the impact mechanism of human and industrial development to spatial form,in the view of the drawbacks in real development phenomenon,author aims to promote the smooth development of the urbanization,and strengthen the ability of bottom-up independent development of rural space.This paper puts forward four suggestions:space operation mechanism on the development of the circulation flow pattern;human and industry communion development;industry and rural settlement communion development;and the improval strategy of the rural governance mechanisms.
