The promulgation of the “Healthy China 2030” planning outline has made health management become the focus of attention.Exercise intervention is an important way and approach for health management.How to satisfy people's pursuit of exercise guidance,exercise therapy and exercise results is a problem that needs to be solved in the current sports and health industry.At present,the exercise intervention service in the Chinese market are characterized by single form,poor result,unsystematic,and cannot meet people's demand for precise sports in the historical background of “integrated medical and medical practice”.With a large population base in China,it is impossible to adopt government-led health management development model.The development of sports-health management will be guided by the market model.As the health management business model is still not clear,the development of sports-health management is also limited.At the same time,there are few research results on sports-health management,and the study of sports-health management business model is barren either.Exploring the sports-health management business model has great significance in promoting the development of health management and meeting the market demand,and has opened path for the development of "medical integration in China".Based on the research of related fields at home and abroad,this research uses the methods of normative and empirical analysis,induction and deduction,statistics and comparison,and takes the theory of value chain and industrial life cycle as the guide.It first analyzes the characteristic of industrial background and business background in sports-health management,and discusses the factors that influencing the business model design and internal drives;secondly,combines these factors with the analysis of health management and the development of fitness companies,the sports-health management business model is designed and the theoretical analysis framework of this paper is constructed.This paper fully analyzes the various elements,functions,and logical relationships of the constructed sports-health management business model,and then explores the characteristics of the sports-health management business model.It provides suggestions on the transformation and upgrading of China's sports industry and health industry,the design and reform of national policies for future development trends.Based on this,this paper proposes the concept of sports-health management and sports-health management business model.Sports-health management refers to the use of exercise intervention as the main means,in conjunction with relevant medical tests,nutritional interventions and psychological interventions,to provide health promotion services for specific people(groups),and to provide personalized and customized long-term exercise guidance,exercise monitor and exercise assessment for managed objects.The sports-health management business model refers to the logic based on the general business model.The company advocates to obtain profit by providing sports-health management services for customers,so they would like to integrate the relevant elements of the company's operations and make it clear,and the logical relationship between these elements and the role of the industry standard style.This paper aims to build a business model for sports-health management and establish a business model that can universally guide the sports and health management industry development.The system fully outlines the business model design process for sports and health management companies for the first time,and provides a reference sample for corporate decision makers;it presents the specific image of the sports-health management business model for the first time,opens up new research fields and ideas for sports intervention research,finds a direction for the rise of sports service industry and transformation in health industry.In order to ensure the strictness of the research,we first use the literature metrology statistics method to improve the quantity and quality of reading literature.First of all,we explored the trends and hot spots in each field and find key figures and core documents by drawing knowledge maps.Secondly,we used grounded theory research method and Nvivo11 qualitative analysis software to encode 150,000 words first-hand data gradually,to extract the core elements of the health management business model,and to build a typical foundation for sports-health management business model.Thirdly,31 interviews with experts in related fields and 25 expert surveys by using expert survey methods,we explored the various elements of the sports-health management business model.Finally,questionnaire survey method was used to construct SEM of 446 survey data of entrepreneurs in the health field,which verified the theoretical hypothesis proposed in this paper.In the end,the full text adopts a combination of qualitative research and quantitative research.From the perspective of mesocosm,the research on the construction of sports-health management business model is demonstrated,and the following conclusions are drawn:1.The sports-health management business model constructed in this study is the “starfish model”.There are nine elements: sports promotion health,sports-health management product design,sports-health management service key business,sports-health service core resources,sports-health management operation cooperation unit,sports-health service customer management,sports-health management service marketing,sports-health management cost structure,sports-health management business benefits.2.The flow chart of the business model for sports-health management is presented,which shows the concrete appearance of the sports-health management business model and provides a macro-directive for the decision-making of the company.3.The sports-health management business model constructed has a multidimensional nature and can be divided into four business model types: resource,talent,product and comprehensive.4.There are four principles in sports-health management Business model design: the decisiveness of product design,the duality of customer relationships,the multiplicity of corporate value and the lag in profit acquisition.
