The Study Of The Collaborative Management Of The Pluralistic –Supply Principle Part Of Sports And Health Service To Urban Adolescent

Research purposes: Takes Jinan as an example, this paper aims to promote the multi-supply collaborative management of urban youth sports and health services. Through the analysis of the main supply bodies of sports and health services, this article clarifies the main forms, functions and characteristics of the main supply bodies; analyzes the external environment of Jinan city sports and health, formulates the collaborative management mechanism of multivariate main supply bodies of sports and health services; makes operation mechanism of coordinated management of multivariate supply bodies for the urban youth sports and health services; promotes measures to the collaborative management of the multivariate main supply bodies of sports health and services.Research methods: The methods are document consulting, expert interview and on-the-spot investigation. Literature consulting helped to understand the situation of former research; interviews were conducted to relevant experts and leaders and made the writer learned from their advice and opinions; carried out on-the-spot investigations of Jinan community.Research Results: through the analysis of the supply forms, interactions and supply characters of the main bodies of the urban youth sports and health services-the government, society and schools, the paper grasped the entry point of the smooth implementation of collaborative management of the multivariate main bodies of sports and health services, made the city youth sports and health services operation mechanism of coordinated management on three aspects: security, motivation, evaluation. To promote the collaborative management of Jinan youth sports and health services, this article puts forward the following operation mechanism: establish a unified sports health information platform; parents and children participate in school sports activities together; set up incentive mechanism of sports and health supply.Research conclusions: through the systematical analysis, we can clearly understand the government, society and schools are the main supply bodies of urban youth sports and health services. Only by the mutual cooperation, mutual promotions between these three parts, and undertake the important common task of promoting the teenagers health condition, and provide qualified sports and health services for young people together, they can make the collaborative management of city youth sports and health services go smoothly.
