The Analysis Of Dairy Supply Chain Profit Distribution Problem Based On Quality And Safety

Dairy is an important consumer of our country and a common source of protein food.The quality and safety of dairy products is closely related to people's lives,which is of great significance to the development of dairy industry in china.However,after the "melamine"incident,dairy quality and safety incidents have occurred frequently.It severely hits the consumer confidence in China's dairy products,and damages the interests of supply chain members in the dairy industry,and even inhibits the healthy development of China's dairy industry.Therefore,to guarantee safety and improve quality of dairy products is imminent.From the perspective of the whole supply chain,this paper summarizes the current development situation and organizational structure of Chinese dairy supply chain,and points out the existing problems,such as information asymmetry,unreasonable distribution of benefits,quality and safety issues,etc.Then,with a starting point of unreasonable distribution of interests,this paper focuses on the benefit distribution of dairy supply chain based on quality and safety,to guarantee safety and improve quality of dairy products.Firstly,this paper defines the concept of the quality and safety of dairy products,including two aspects:safety attributes and nutritional attributes.Then,this paper studies the input and benefit source of quality and safety of dairy products in different aspects of supply chain.By analysis,we get that raw milk production and dairy processing links is an important guarantee for the quality and safety of dairy products.However,dairy processing enterprises is in a strong position and the raw milk producers have more input and less income.It causes that the relationship between the interests are not balanced,which affects the quality and safety of dairy products.Based on the above analysis,from two aspects of dairy safety and nutrition,taking the secondary supply chain which composed of dairy farmers and dairy processing enterprises as the research object,by the contract of supply chain coordination,research on profit distribution of the secondary dairy supply chain,based on two aspects:pass rate and quality level.In the analysis of profit distribution only considering the pass rate,this paper analyzed the supply chain's benefit and quality safety level under centralized and decentralized decision making and proposed the use of internal and external loss sharing contract to achieve the supply chain coordination.Through the numerical analysis,it was concluded that the quality and safety level of the supply chain with the internal and external loss sharing contract was reached,and both of which are higher than the benefits of decentralized decision-making.The benefit distribution of supply chain is realized by the contract coefficient {?1,?2}.In the analysis of profit distribution only considering the quality level,established a profit distribution model considering consumer demand.By comparing to the benefits and quality level of centralized decision-making and decentralized decision-making,designed supply chain contract to promote the cooperation.After proving that the traditional revenue sharing contract is difficult to achieve supply chain coordination,the revenue sharing and cost sharing contract was put out.To encourage dairy farmers to provide high-quality dairy products,dairy processing enterprises and farmers should share the sales price and the cost of quality efforts.Finally,a numerical example was given to verify the feasibility of the contract,and found out the range of the contract coefficient.In conclusion,by the method of supply chain contract,this paper solved the secondary supply chain profit distribution problem,which is Consists of dairy farmers and dairy processing enterprises,from two aspects:the pass rate and quality level.And it has a certain practical significance.
