| The regional spatial differences reveal the basic characteristics of the natural environment and the geographical distribution of the humanities and economic activities,which is the core idea of geography in the field of practical application service.In general,the regional development is mainly to pursue the space allocation model aiming for profits maximization of economic activities and services,and it often leads to the imbalance of regional development and the problems of ignoring ecological environment construction.The spatial equilibrium state is the spatial allocation and spatial combination of the regional socio-economic activities and the supporting capacity of the ecological environment,that is,the matching between the regional spatial development and the space protection supply capacity.The spatial equilibrium of regional development is the state of coordinated development of regional society,economy,resources and environment,and is the ultimate expectation of regional development.The suitability of regional spatial development is to evaluate the appropriateness of urbanization and industrialization according to the regional natural and socio-economic attributes.Research on the suitability of space development has become one of the main areas of human geography and economic geography research.What is the basic mechanism of regional spatial differences?What is the imbalance of regional spatial development and the driving mechanism?And even how to narrow the regional space development differences? The above problem has become a hot topic in geography,especially economic geography.With the development of space development out of control and regional disorderly competition has become increasingly prominent,optimizing the development pattern and regional coordination has become a major scientific and practical proposition in China,and comprehensive evaluation of suitability of spatial development is an important basis for studying and proposing propositions.Xilingol is located in the southern Mongolian plateau,belonging to the northern arid and semi-arid areas.Under the dual influence of global climate change and human activities,the grassland ecological environment system has suffered unprecedented threat and disturbance,leading to the destruction of grassland ecosystem structure and function.Xilingol has abundant mineral resources,and mostof the coal resources are suitable for open mining.This area belongs to the national "energy security" strategy and "ecological security" strategy coexistence area,large-scale development of mineral resources and vigorously protect the grassland ecological environment are necessary.Unreasonable development or even over-exploitation,leading to a vicious circle,whichIndustrial inefficiency-stagnation of agriculture and animal husbandry-worse in the ecological environment,affecting the sustainable development of grassland pastoral areas.This article breaks through the study of the balanced development of traditional regional economy,and discusses the spatial allocation of regional eco-environmental protection and resource development and utilization activities under the perspective of spatial equilibrium,And tried to answer the following questions,including where the development of industrialization and urbanization in the Xilingol area Where to protect the ecological environment? How to truly realize the spatial matching of regional development and ecological environment protection?In this paper,Xilingol as the research target area analyzes the spatial differences of regional development and spatial matching and coordinated state of economic development and ecological environment protection activities,to explore how to achieve economic growth and ecological environment protection of the regional balance.Based on the spatial matching and correlation analysis of mineral resource development-ecological environment protection and regional spatial supply capacity in the study area,analyzes the spatial imbalance of Xilingol and explores the reasons of spatial imbalance.On the basis of the above research,discusses the model of spatial development suitability and its path selection based on spatial equilibrium in Xilingol.The full text is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction,which explains the main research background,the research significance and the main research method.The second chapter is the theoretical basis.The main content of this chapter is to sort out the relevant theories and related research results,and lay the theoretical foundation for the regional development model and path study in Xilingol.The third chapter is the basic situation of the development and its spatial differences,including the natural environment,resource endowment conditions,social and economic development in Xilingol.The fourth chapter is analysis and evaluation of spatial matching degree of ecological sensitivity and coal resource development intensity of Xilingol.The fifth chapter is discussing the model of spatial development suitability and itspath selection based on spatial equilibrium in Xilingol.The last chapter is the conclusion and the prospect,and summarizes the whole paper from the main research conclusions,the research characteristics and the main innovation points of the article,as well as the shortcomings and prospects of the article.In this paper,get the following conclusions:(1)The development and utilization of resources in Xilingol has obvious effect on the development of economy and the urbanization of population.There is no resource curse phenomenon,but the lack of industrial support can not effectively promote the quality of urbanization;(2)The development of coal resources in Xilingol has great impact on grassland vegetation and traditional culture;(3)The overall level of development of coal resources in Xilingol is lower,and the spatial distribution is low in the east,low in the west,low in the south and low in the north;(4)The ecological sensitivity of Xilingol is higher and the distribution regularity is from east to west;(5)The spatial mismatch between ecological sensitivity and coal resource development intensity is obvious,and the institutional arrangement is the root factor of space mismatch;(6)Xilingol 's spatial development suitability is lower overall,need to limit the development or even prohibit the development;(7)In order to realize the spatial suitability development model under the regional spatial equilibrium,it is necessary to promote the transfer of the industrial development-oriented policy system to the development system with the focus on sustainable development. |
