Level Evaluation And Formation Mechanism Of Rural Eco Civilization

Functional features of rural agricultural subject,severe ecological-environmental problems and China's national conditions have decided that rural ecological civilization construction is in the fundamental position in national ecological civilization construction.Only when rural ecological civilization construction achieves qualitative breakthrough,can national ecological civilization construction reach a higher level.Therefore,how to raise the level of rural ecological civilization,so as to achieve high levels of national ecological civilization,is the key problem which need to be settled.However,there is little systematic research of this now,and there is no answer to how to raise the level of rural ecological civilization.The reason is that the formation mechanism of the rural ecological civilization was not clarified.Firstly,existing researches have different understanding of connotation and construction content of rural ecological civilization.Secondly,there are no scientific level evaluation system of rural ecological civilization,neither nor metrical study of level evaluation.Finally,although many scholars pointed out that some factors are very important to rural ecological civilization construction,such as the participation of farmers,the government's promotion and so on,but they had not done in-depth research into their effect mechanism on rural ecological civilization.So,this article will focus on the research:how to evaluate the level of rural ecological civilization,what's the inner mechanism of the rural ecological civilization form on earth,and how to raise the level of rural ecological civilization.Given this,the paper takes rural ecological civilization as the object of study.Firstly,the related literature at home and abroad were systematically combed,by reviewing literature,the entry point of the research was found.That was taking farmers as the evaluation subject,taking the results of rural ecological civilization level evaluation as dependent variable,retrofitting the antecedent variables,tracing to the source,and constructing analysis framework of rural ecological civilization formation mechanism.Secondly,to provide theoretical support for rural ecological civilization level evaluation and its formation mechanism analysis,relevant theoretical basis of the research was summarized and extended analyzed,and the key concepts of this study were defined.Thirdly,based on system theory and theory of man-land relationship,the connotation and extension of rural ecological civilization and the index system construction principles,level evaluation index system of rural ecological civilization based on farmers perspective was established.Meanwhile,taking rural ecological civilization level as consequent variables and studying the influence factors of the criterion layer to derive the formation mechanism of each subsystem of rural ecological civilization,then the analysis framework of rural ecological civilization formation mechanism was summarized.Fourthly,the weighting method of integrated addition,the comprehensive index method,independent sample T test,and one-way analysis of variance were used to do empirical study to the level evaluation index system of rural ecological civilization based on farmers perspective;meanwhile,SEM and multi-group SEM were used to do empirical study to the analysis framework of rural ecological civilization formation mechanism.Finally,the validated rural ecological civilization formation mechanism was analyzed comprehensively,and corresponding path to raise the level was put forward,in order to provide theoretical and data support for the rural ecological civilization construction and the development of green in our country.The content of the article includes five parts:introduction and theoretical basis(Chapters 1 and 2);the level evaluation index system of rural ecological civilization and the analysis framework of rural ecological civilization formation mechanism(Chapters 3 and 4);the level evaluation of rural ecological civilization--based on micro farmers data from Hubei and Chongqing(Chapters 5);the empirical analysis of formation mechanism of rural ecological civilization subsystem one,two and three,which refers to ecological industry,ecological habitat and ecological culture(Chapters 6,7 and 8);the formation mechanism and path to raise level of rural ecological civilization(Chapters 9 and 10).The scientific problems in this paper were answered systematically by studying,corresponding conclusions are as follows:(1)The level evaluation system of rural ecological civilization based on farmers perspective which was established in this article is reasonable and valid.The level evaluation system of rural ecological civilization based on farmers perspective which was established in this article,includes evaluation index system,weight system of integrated addition,and comprehensive index evaluation method.And it is scientific,reasonable,operable and suitable for promotion and application.According to the connotation and denotation of rural ecological civilization,following the principles of the establishment of it's level evaluation index system which includes scientificalness,systematicness,guidance,maneuverability,comparability,taking farmers as evaluation subject,the level evaluation index system of rural ecological civilization based on farmers perspective which was established in this article is scientific and reliable.The system contains 1 target layer that is rural ecological civilization level,4 system layer which includes ecological industry,ecological habitat,ecological culture and ability guarantee,9 criteria layer and 34 specific indicators.Moreover,the weighting method of integrated addition was used to empower,which made the weight of index system more scientific.Because the weighting method of integrated addition combined the advantages of subjective and objective weighting methods,and avoided the defects of the two at the same time;in order to get a more scientific weighting system of integrated addition,analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy value method were chosen in this paper since there are a large number of literature to support them,and the empowerment process is scientific and rigorous.In the end,the synthetical index method was also proved to be suitable for rural ecological civilization level evaluation based on the micro data.Therefore,the level evaluation system of rural ecological civilization based on farmers perspective in the article is highly targeted and can accurately present the status quo of rural ecological civilization level.(2)The analysis framework of rural ecological civilization formation mechanism which was established in this article was proven.For the formation of rural ecological civilization,farmers ecological consciousness is the starting factor,ecological behavior of farmers and enterprise are the fundamental;and for successful startup,ecological behavior benefits of internal situation is the key factor,external scenario social reference specification is the assistant factor,ability guarantee of external scenario is the reinforced factor,regional attribute of external scenario is the catalytic factor.To be specific,farmer's ecological behavior and enterprise's ecological behavior have significant effect on rural ecological civilization;thereinto,farmer's ecological behavior is directly affected by farmer's ecological consciousness,and it is also moderately affected by internal scenario ecological behavior benefit,and external scenario social reference specification,guarantee system of ability and area attribute;and the rural company is regulated by government to form ecological enterprise;at the same time,farmer ecological consciousness has significant effect on rural ecological culture;furthermore,area attribute has significant effect on the level of rural ability security.That is,farmer consciousness has a decisive effect on the level of ecological culture,ecological industry,and ecological habitat of rural ecological civilization.Therefore,the advancement of human ecological consciousness is the key to the formation of rural ecological civilization,ecologicalization of human activity is the fundament,ecological behavior benefits is the key factor,social reference specification is the assistant factor,guarantee system of ability is the assistor,regional attribute is the catalytic factor.(3)Strengthening farmer ecological consciousness,improving internal and external scenario,so as to promote the level of rural ecological civilization.Specifically,enhance farmers' mastery of ecological agriculture knowledge,improve farmers'cognition of ecological responsibility,promote farmers to create emotion of environmental behaviors,so as to improve farmer ecological consciousness.Increase the economic benefit of behavior,and decrease the cost of activity implementation,to improve the benefit of ecological behaviors;then to improve the internal situation of farmer's implementation of ecological agriculture.Reduce the social pressure,and lessen the group consistency of negative behavior,to lower the reference specification of negative social;in the meantime,strengthen the group consistency of positive behavior,to narrow negative social reference specification further;then to improve the social reference standard of the external situation of farmer's implementation of agriculture waste disposal ecologicalization.Strengthen democratic construction,holistic construction,ecological agriculture construction and eco-residential construction of rural grass-roots;to create a good condition for farmer 's implementation of ecological behaviors,and to guide rural enterprises to make the transition of ecologicalization,which means improving the ability guarantee of external scenario of farmers and enterprises implementing ecological behavior.Strengthen joint cooperation of first demonstration areas and common areas,first demonstration areas and first demonstration areas,provinces and provinces,to eliminate the regional difference gradually,which means reducing the effect of regional attribute of external scenario to rural ecological civilization,and to form space fusion relations of rural ecological civilization construction.That is,striving to get through the key and urgent to be improved path of improving rural ecological civilization level.Enhance the level of rural ecological civilization subsystem pointedly,and to form integral improvement of comprehensive level of rural ecological civilization and national rural ecological civilization.Then reach the goal of improving the level of rural ecological civilization.The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in the following 3 aspects:(1)Established and confirmed the integrated model of farmer ecological consciousness-internal and external situations-ecological behavior.Most of the existing research shows that the internal situational variables are the behavior's cost and trouble,the article increased two variables—behavior's economic and environmental interests.Most of the external situational variables are the system technology scenarios,without considering the impact of the social organization.This paper increased the variable of social participation to test the moderating influence.Also,there is no scholar who do research on the area attribute's influence towards the rural ecological civilization.So,the article has extended ABC theory and done the innovative research on internal and external situation of farmer's ecological behavior to confirm their moderating effect.And,the moderating effects of extended dimensions are confirmed by multi group SEM test.(2)Established and confirmed the level evaluation system of rural ecological civilization based on farmers perspective.Based on the defect of the existing macroeconomic indicators,that it can't be subdivided into the level of village;and theory of man-land relationship reveals the importance of "people".The article took the farmer as the main body of evaluation,and select the index scientifically,then constructed evaluation index system,according to rural ecological civilization theory,following the principles of construction it's evaluation index system.Meanwhile,the article used integrated addition weighting and synthetical index method to empower and evaluate the evaluation index system.Through a quasi experimental research on the scheme of using independent samples T test and ANOVA analysis test of the hypothesis,the article confirmed the construction of the level evaluation system of rural ecological civilization based on farmers perspective:the level evaluation index,the addition integrated empowerment and the comprehensive index evaluation.(3)Clarified the rural ecological civilization formation mechanism.For the formation of rural ecological civilization,the farmer's ecological consciousness are the basement,households and enterprises ecological behavior are the fundament,benefit of ecological behavior is the key.Also,the social referencing specification is the aid,support capability is a booster,the regional attribute is the catalytic converter.Studies have not clarified the influence of peasant household,enterprise and government on rural ecological civilization specific path.By constructing a series of models and aggregated into a rural ecological civilization formation mechanism analysis framework,the use of SEM and multiple group SEM confirmed the rural ecological civilization formation mechanism analysis framework and finally clarify the mechanism of the formation of rural ecological civilization.
