On The Development Of Gansu Cultural Industry Since Chinese Economic Reform

Culture,with extra-economic characteristics of the community,is a combination of economic and social products.Mao Zedong said:"a certain cultural(ideology)is a reflection of the politic and economic in a certain society,but also have great influence on the politic and economic in the society.Economics is the base and politics the concentrated expression of economics."Cultural industries is a system or collection of cultural production,distribution,consumption,and other economic activities,an important manifestation of the country's soft power and comprehensive national strength,and also the fastest growing industry in the 21st century.With features of knowledge-intensive,content innovation,and multivariate structures,the development of cultural industry,therefore,constrainted by regional and areal limitations,and accordingly need to be based on the actual situation of the regional environment and conditions matter because the system should work according to local conditions.The same is in terms of the development of cultural industries in Gansu Province.Based on some useful literature analysis,comparative analysis,case studies and other methods,in a large collection of relevant information,the thesis employ theoritical analysis and demonstration of cultural industry development in Gansu Province since Chinese Economic Reform in order to provide help for the development of cultural industries in Gansu Province.Like other parts of the country,we need to learn and research the general theory of the cultural industry development first.Therefore,the first two chapters focus on the interpretation and definition of basic concepts and summarize the status quo of China's cultural industry development.Meanwhile,the significance of the cultural industries in economic development as well as a leading role for regional economic development are analyzed and discussed.On this basis,the third and fourth chapters were a systematic summary of Gansu provincial cultural industry development course,important elements,main factors,cultural industry policies and comparison of the status quo in different areas of Gansu Province since Chinese Economic Reform.The Fifth chapter analyze some of the major problems and constraints of cultural industry development in Gansu Province since Chinese Economic Reform.Further analysis of the reasons behind these issues is to provide scientific countermeasures and suggestions to the development of cultural industries in Gansu.On the basis of the fifth one,the sixth chapter proposes several reform measures such as seizing strategic opportunities and advantages of cultural industry development in Gansu Province,implementation of the expansion of cultural industries,accelerate the implementation of upgrading Gansu provincal cultural industrial structure,implementation the talent strategy in Gansu provincal cultural industry,in short,by "Seizing an opportunity,the total expansion,upgrading,talent"four ways to develop the cultural industry in Gansu in order to promote the core competitiveness force of the cultural industries in Gansu,to better enhance the cultural soft power of Gansu and boost economic development..
