Research On The Quality Assurance System Of Colleges In Vietnam

Over the years,several Vietnamese education researchers have made a grade deal of valuable sduty on education management and quality assurance of college and university.However,the study on college quality assurance system and characteristics haven't studied deeply.Therefore,it is urgent to find suitable methods to improve the college quality assurance system at the stage which is regarded as the most difficult times of colleges.Base on the purpose and task of this article is to study how to establish the quality assurance system of Vietnam Colleges,and through site investigation on training quality situation and training quality assurance work in several Vietnamese normal Colleges and Colleges having teacher training course,it is found that the biggest challenge for colleges is that the College shall improve their training quality and efficiency as soon as possible with their limited quality assurance conditions and abilities.Therefor,how to manage the College well under the market mechanism to make the College develop stably following the market mechanism law is the one of the big difficulty for Colleges.If the quality assurance system,quality assurance procedure and activity assessment indicator are not established,the Colleges will be lack of competitiveness in the process of intergration.The establishment and application of quality assurance system in colleges require suitable methods and reasonable steps.For this purpose,through investigation on index series of 16 indexes including 111 index numbers and on process and procedures of quality assurance system,the writer purpose to supplement policies and mechanisms which can boost the students majoring in education and to provide conditions for normal colleges and colleges having teacher training course to accomplish their missions;to creat environmental conditions,mechanism and pressure to eablishing "Quality encouraging fund"which may boost the colleges through strengthening the quality assurance work so that the higher educational institution can establish perfect quality assurance system;to provive proper guidance to high educational institution and colleges require them to establish their own schedule of quality assurance work;to change the colleges' affairs management to quality management so as to establish quality assurance system gradually;and to relate the college' s education plan with the education plan of middle school closely.The colleges shall focus on collecting the feedback information of party concerned and analyzing their demand so as to improve the development and training plan.
