In the contemporary era of social change,the middle school PE teachers in our country are already at the crossroads of career development and life.The ever-changing working and living environment brings opportunities for middle school PE teachers.At the same time,it presents a huge challenge.In the face of deteriorating Living conditions and occupational difficulties,a large number of high school physical education teachers how to complete their physical education tasks? How to get the happy life you want through their hard work?Based on the analysis of the concept,connotation and content structure of the core qualities of PE teachers in middle schools in our country,Through qualitative research methods,we try to construct the key competence structure model for middle school PE teachers in China,and further investigate and analyze the status quo of the key competence of China's middle school PE teachers through questionnaires.Finally,we establish the key competence of China's middle school PE teachers by using the Expert Appraisal Method.Development path.The main conclusions are as follows:1.The key competence of middle school PE teachers are the necessary qualities and key capabilities that should be possessed by those who have served in PE education in secondary schools,covering their careers and related fields,and promoting their successful lives and helping them complete their physical education work.2.The value orientation of the key competence of middle school PE teachers in China takes into account the successful completion of PE education in middle schools and the successful life of PE teachers in secondary schools.The main contents are divided into professional beliefs,professional knowledge and abilities,motor skills,reflection and self-development,and work.There are 23 points in the five dimensions of life management.Verified by the second-order structural equation model,the 23 points in these 5 dimensions can better reflect the main contents of the key competence of middle school PE teachers in China.3.Based on this structural model,this study investigates the current state of the overall level of key competence of middle school PE teachers in China.The survey results show that in addition to the “lower level of communication and cooperation with parents”,the core literacy of middle school PE teachers in China is overall.The level is in an acceptable range,among which factors such as gender,job title,highest academic level,region,and school genre have a great influence on the overall level of key competence of middle school PE teachers.In general,the level of key competence is higher for male teachers,senior professional titles,undergraduate academics,teachers in the eastern region,and teachers in the city's immediate school.4.Based on the investigation of current situation,from the aspects of pre-service and post-employment education of middle school PE teachers,the development path system of key competence for middle school PE teachers in China was formulated,It mainly includes: optimizing the curriculum setting of pre-service PE teachers,exploring the whole process of teaching practice,improving the current system of vocational development of PE teachers in middle schools,focusing on the optimization of post-secondary education environment for middle school PE teachers,and exploring diversified forms of post-secondary education of PE teachers in secondary schools,etc.
