Research On Safety Culture Evaluation In Universities Of Science And Technology

Full-time science and technology universities based on the province(hereinafter referred to as the science and technology universities)as the research object,they shoulder the task of training senior social needed talents,and the factors affecting the safety of college students is becoming more and more and how to strengthen the construction of campus safety culture,improve comprehensive quality,enhance safety and self-protection consciousness is more and more by the attention of them.First analyses the background of this article,classify,summarize and induce the existing research results,detailed colleges,safety culture,safety culture of colleges,safety management model and relevant concepts of full-time science and technology universities.Then,it divides the safety culture system of colleges into three aspects:safety culture space system,object system and configuration system.in order to ensure the comprehensiveness and feasibility of evaluation index selection,on the basis of safety culture form system,through combination of field survey and the interview,literature review and summary,selected 4 primary indexes and 29 secondary indexes to build the evaluation index system.SPSS to test the validity of the data,AMOS to fitting and correction of model.Finally,in accordance with evaluation results,combining with the traits of science and technology universities,from four aspects respectively of the safety concept culture,safety system culture,safety behavior culture and material culture,put forward the countermeasures to promote.Through the study,on the one hand,clear classification of safety culture system,establishment of campus safety culture evaluation system,enrich the evaluation method of safety culture,improve the objectivity of evaluation results,effectively analyzed the safety culture management and construction in province universities the status quo,put forward the corresponding improvement suggestions.On the other hand,it can promote the practicability of the conclusion.The evaluation methods and models of campus safety culture,which are used in this paper,can provide reference for other universities to evaluate and improve campus safety culture.
