Research On Coordinated Development Of Industrial-Population Urbanization

Urbanization is the result of a joint action based on an effective market with the overall development of people as the core and a promising government.The sustainable development of urbanization is an important content of high-quality transformation and development.In the process of urbanization,population is the main body of urbanization and industry is the support of urbanization.The relationship between population and industry in the process of urbanization determines the sustainability and quality of urbanization.In the current process of urbanization development,it is also faced with problems such as lack of driving force for urbanization,poor system and inflexible mechanism,which are highlighted in the problems of "fragmentation,hollowing-out,pattern and defamiliarization" of urbanization development.The quality of Urbanization is uneven,heavy traffic is still a problem in the way of urbanization,city "lie","ghost towns" phenomenon,the haze weather,environmental degradation and other issues,so we could say that most notably in behind these problems are from the industry scale,industry structure and the relationship between the population urbanization.Industry is the support and motive force of urbanization.It also constitutes the economic environment of urbanization,population urbanization and further enabler of industrial structure change,the relationship of industry structure and urbanization also determines how far and how well the urbanization could go.Therefore,a systematic and in-depth study of industrial-population urbanization is conducive to a profound understanding of the connotation of new-type urbanization,a clear definition of the population urbanization supported by the rationalization of industrial structure and advanced urbanization,and an important value in promoting high-quality development and transformation.Using the theories and methods of geography,economics and management,this paper conducts a qualitative and quantitative research on the relationship between China's population urbanization and industrial change,and studies the existing problems in the process of China's urbanization from the perspective ofindustry-population spatial differentiation and coordination.The study aims to promote the healthy and sustainable development of urbanization in China,the rationalization and upgrading of industrial structure,the transformation of high-quality economic development and the resolution of major social conflicts in the new era.It also has theoretical value to perfect the construction of the theory system of industrial-population.Based on the factor endowment,industrial structure change and the premise and foundation of new structure for the study of economics,we put forward the coordinated development of population urbanization industry-objective demand,according to the theory of space analysis,and the theory of system coupling theory to analyze the population-land urbanization space-time distribution and coordination of reality performance,which was based on economic efficiency,industrial development theory to analyze the causes of the coordination problems,finally use the theory of effective market and promising government from the new structural economics,analyze the institutional basis which drive the"industry-population urbanization”,by using the financial system,industrial policy,land system,household registration system,housing system,employment system and social system in this paper,from the financial system,administrative system and social management system guarantee "industry-population urbanization" of reform path.According to the logical order of the research,the research can be divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction and the first chapter.The introduction first describes the background and significance of the research,and then summarizes the research literature on the coordination of industrial and population urbanization development at home and abroad.On the basis of referring to the existing research,it reviews the progress of the existing research,proposes the research direction of this paper,and determines the research content,method,technical route and research framework.Secondly,the interpretation of basic concepts and the determination of the theoretical framework.Based on the definition of coordinated and coordinated development,industrial-demography and spatial-temporal differentiation,the theoretical framework of the study is proposed.The second part includes the second and third chapters,namely the spatial and temporal differentiation of population urbanization and industrial development.The study on the spatial and temporal differentiation of population urbanization mainly analyzes the dynamic evolution and spatial pattern of population urbanization from the two dimensions of "time-space".The study of time dimension is carried out from two aspects: the historical development stage of China's population urbanization and the dynamic evolution of spatial pattern.The spatial dimension studies mainly focus on the spatial characteristics of current population urbanization development level,agglomeration level and regional differences.The research structure of the spatial and temporal differentiation of industrial development is similar to that of population urbanization.It mainly analyzes the dynamic evolution and spatial pattern of population urbanization from two dimensions of "time-space".The study of time dimension is carried out from two aspects:the historical development stage of industrial development and the dynamic evolution of spatial pattern.The spatial dimension research mainly focuses on the spatial characteristics of the development level,intensive level and expansion potential of industrial development and upgrading,and measures the rationalization and advanced degree of industrial structureThe third part is the fourth chapter,the research on the coordination of the development of industrial-population urbanization.This chapter mainly includes two parts: the research on the coordination of industrial-demographic development based on time dimension and the research on the spatial matching of industrial-demographic development based on space dimension.The research on the development coordination of industrial-population urbanization mainly focuses on the coordination of development speed and level,while the research on spatial matching mainly focuses on the matching of industrial-population development scale and development level.The fourth part is the fifth chapter,namely the evaluation of the driving mechanism and influencing factors of population urbanization in the change of industrial structure.Firstly,industrial structure change and population urbanization change are organically combined,and the trend,characteristics and typical facts of their common evolution are summarized from dimensions.Next,the paper further examines and verifies the impact of industrial changes on population urbanization and its possible mechanism from an empirical perspective.Chapter six analyzes the causes and effects of the incoordination between industry and population urbanization.In inharmony reason analysis,mainly divides into the economic cause,three types of institutional factors and system formation,economic causes,mainly from the unbalanced development in various regions,land financial distortions,disorder and entity development plight of the real estate market perspective,on the institutional factors mainly from the disordered industrial policy,fiscal policy of compatibility,the land market segmentation,urban and rural segmentation dimensions were analyzed,and the system origin,mainly from the central and local governments as well as between the local government management and find reasons for financial and administrative system.The fifth part contains the sixth and seventh chapters of the thesis,namely the international experience and lessons and policy Suggestions of the coordinated development of industrial-population urbanization.In the analysis and draw lessons from the United States,Germany and Japan-coordinated development experience on the basis of population urbanization,population urbanization based on the industry-the coordinated development of the analysis of the harm and influence factors,in order to improve the system repair policy,planning and guidance,adjust the pattern of economic development as the tools and methods,make industries-the coordinated development of population urbanization state migration to the state of coordinated development,build long-term aboveliterature,the population urbanization on land-coordination study is rich in the existing research results,but a systematic and complete analysis of population urbanization industry-is still relatively small,lack the systemic research of industry,population urbanization development coordination,therefore this article from the industry-to measure the development level of population urbanization,space and time differentiation and coordination evaluation,as well as the industry-the coordinated development of population urbanization caused the harm and reason analysis of industry-population urbanization development coordination system research,At the same time,it puts forward policy Suggestions on the coordinated development of population-land urbanization from the aspects of system,policy and planning to promote the change from non-coordinated state to coordinated state in the development of industrial-population urbanization.(ii)The study the coordinated development of industry-population urbanization from the perspective of "time-space".The study of coordinated development in population urbanization industry,focuses on the population urbanization and
