Study On Development Transformation Of Rural In-situ Urbanization In Zhejiang Province:Process,Distribution And Mechanism

Since the new urbanization strategy carrying out,the focus of urbanization development in China switched from space urbanization to population urbanization,and the urban-rural relationship also change from dual-structure to integration.So,with the improvement of service facilities' quality and the further adjustment of industrial structure,it appears a new development model in rural area that population urbanization is faster than space urbanization.Compared to the traditional urbanization and rural transformation,rural in-situ urbanization is a new way,which means it is lack of theoretical explanation and empirical analysis.Consequently,based on the literature review,this thesis explains the concept of rural in-situ urbanization and discusses the theoretical difference from the related concepts of urbanization and rural development.Besides,it also establishes a "three questions,six contents,two dimensions"explanation framework to analyze the process,distribution and mechanism of rural in-situ urbanization in Zhejiang province.Firstly,the process research of in-situ urbanization focuses on the historical background and development characteristic of passive developing stage in the planned economic period,the rapid developing stage driven by the market economy and the integration stage since the implementation of new urbanization strategy,and realizes the multiple,dynamic and comprehensive change in phased transformation.Secondly,the distribution research needs to establish a new measure method of in-situ urbanization that can be used to evaluate the spatial distribution characteristic in Zhejiang province.What's more,this part also explores the influence of various social-economic factors on the distribution pattern by using the geographically weighted regression model,and finds the regional and periodic difference of the transportation,creation and service factors.Thirdly,the mechanism research contains three significant contents:dynamic mechanism,migration mechanism and policy influence.Through using actor network theory,an analytical model including four analysis step(the establishment of development goal,benefit sharing,network construction and objection)is formed to analyze the dynamic mechanism and realize the substitution of core actor,the diversification of actor types and obligatory passage point,the complexity of benefit sharing based on the empirical analysis of three typical cases.Besides,inspired by the hierarchy of needs,this article divides the external factors of migration into three different types including living needs factor,life quality factor and mental demand factor,and analyze the questionnaire survey of villagers' migration willingness and migrant workers' residential location choice to obtain the migration transformation mechanism.At last,it proposes the corresponding policy optimization suggestions based on analyzing how the space policy affect the rural in-situ urbanization and the realistic problems in policy implantation which are caused by the interest conflict.This study clarifies the concept of rural in-situ urbanization and analyzes the process,distribution and mechanism,enriching the empirical research of in-situ urbanization and providing a reference for the further study.
