| In the mobile Internet era,the development of the world economy has led to the internationalization of supply chain.Logistics is the product of the deepening of modern social production and specialization,and the "third profit source" to promote economic development.Small and medium-sized logistics enterprises is an important part of the logistics industry,has the characteristics of large quantity,small scale,single service,weak market competitiveness.Under the uncertain environment of the changing industrial structure,fierce competition,business model innovation and market environment,in order to promote the sustainable of small and medium logistics enterprises,it has important practical significance to find the key factors affecting the growth and explore the promotion of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises sustainable growth path.At the same time,it is of academic value to integrate and study the internal mechanism between the two from the depth and breadth of theoretical research of business management and logistics management.As the starting point of to promote the growth of small and medium-sized logistics,in order to study the influencing factors on it,we combined with the theory of business model,construct an intermediary variable with the elements of business model,then proposed framework of the theory of the growth factors of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises.Through depth interviews and questionnaires,combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods,find out the key factors that affect.The research conclusions provide theoretical and methodological guidance for the growth of small and medium logistics enterprises.This paper first discusses the background and problems,combined with the draw type standards for SMEs and the logistics enterprise definition,define the concept and connotation of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises,to further determine the research contents,methods and technical route,problem oriented research on the possible breakthroughs.Then,through detailed analysis the related research status of enterprise growth theory,business model,business model innovation and small and medium-sized logistics enterprises,on the basis of previous researches and guidance,combined with the actual situation of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises,puts forward the theoretical model and research hypothesis,to independent of the development and learn from the mature results combining the development survey questionnaire,we demonstrate the theoretical model and research hypothesis.Finally,on the basis of empirical research,combined with the conclusions of the research,the strategy of promoting the growth of small and medium logistics enterprises is put forward.On the basis of depth interviews of senior managers of 16 small and medium-sized logistics enterprises,we combined with literature review,survey design questionnaire,questionnaire statistical analysis software SPSS22.0 to analyze the small sample survey data and according to the statistical analysis results improved scale.Then,a large sample survey was conducted,and 337 effective questionnaires were collected from small and medium-sized logistics enterprises.By using structural equation modeling AMOS22.0 to analyze and analyze large sample data,the main conclusions were drawn:(1)The key external factors affecting the growth of small and medium logistics enterprises are logistics related policies and regulations,logistics market demand and financial environment.The logistics infrastructure,the logistics talent environment and the development of logistics industry have no significant impact on the growth of small and medium logistics enterprises.(2)The key factors that influence the growth of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises are the key resources,business management capabilities and dynamic adaptability of enterprises.However,the corporate culture of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises has no significant impact on their growth.(3)The business model of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises selection has significant impact on the growth of its business model,according to the actual situation and constitute elements of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises,establish the relationship between the three aspects of value proposition,value acquisition and value of network access business model of small and the growth of medium-sized logistics enterprises,we find In the composition of the business mode of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises,value acquisition has a significant impact on the growth of enterprises,while value proposition and value network do not play a significant role in the growth of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises.The business model plays an intermediary role or a partial intermediary role in the growth factors of small and medium logistics enterprises and the growth of the enterprises.The use of Bootstrap in the AMOS function analysis,the business model in small and medium-sized logistics enterprises external influence between factors and the mediating effect of enterprise growth is 29.53%,while the business model between influence factors and the mediating effect in the internal enterprise growth of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises is 66.89%.Based on the empirical research conclusion,this paper puts forward the strategies for the growth of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises from three aspects:taking advantage of circumstances,focusing on the influence of external environmental factors,enhancing the capabilities of enterprises and rationally selecting the business models of growth of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises.Among them,we should take the lead in the situation,pay attention to the influence of external environmental factors and enhance the capabilities of enterprises.The conclusion is to closely follow the empirical research conclusions.Based on the conclusion,we further consider and demonstrate the Countermeasures for the growth of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises.The reasonable choice of small and medium-sized logistics enterprise growth business model from the growth of the external environment and the internal capacity and business model selection verification three aspects closely model,12 kinds of commercial mode and growth mode selection in the detailed analysis of current logistics industry in small and medium-sized logistics enterprises,based on the characteristics of logistics business model of the 12 and in the business ecosystem theory,using ecology thinking,integrated logistics model and three-dimensional model of ecological economy,the small
