Considering the Internet technology development,the consumer's discourse power increasing,and the competition between companies intensified,both technological innovation pattern and business model have to be confronted with great changes.Regarding companies facing the complex environment,especially the Internet environment,managers have to focus on perfecting the mechanism of market orientation of technology innovation,and playing the guiding role in technology research and development,route selection,element price,and the configuration of all kinds of innovative elements;furthermore,the focus for managers and theorists are to innovate the business models and promote the capitalization and industrialization of the achievements of scientific and technological.So it has become an important topic worth studying how entrepreneurs choose technological innovation patterms and systematically plan the matching business models to improve performance.Basing on ambidextrous innovation and business model research achievements,employing the logic of scientific ring in sociology,methods of case study,and social surveies,mathematical modeling,and so on,the present paper primarily focuses on analyzing the matching mechanism of ambidextrous innovation and business models,and its resource allocation guarantee mechanism.The research content includes three parts.(1)study on the matching mechanism of ambidextrous innovation and business model on the dimension of time series;(2)research on the matching mechanism of ambidextrous innovation and business model on the dimension of spatial structure;(3)study on the interactive integration framework under two dimensions and the mechanism of resource allocation in implementation.This study deepens the deficiencies of existing research,further expands the boundary of relevant theories,and gives new systematic theoretical explanation to the commercialization of the technological irnovation and its achievements.Research results will deepen theories of organizational ambidexterity,innovation management,and business models.It has important practical guiding significance for business operators to sort operation logic,seize the main conflict point of the product innovation and successfully commercialization,and finally ensure the commercialization of technological achievements and value realization through the effective matching.Again,it also has a realistic significance for optimizing the approach of innovation and business models for the enterprise to improve the performance.The main conclusions of the study include six aspects shown as the follows.1.The successful realization of product marketization is the switching process of dynamic matching of ambidextrous innovation and business models.First of all,it has interactivity of exploration product innovation and exploitation product innovation,and corresponding business model matching.Second,the exploration product innovation is noulinear and exploitation product innovation has continuity characteristics in the product life cycle.Third,the driving market business models implementation of the second generation exploration product is re-innovation based on business models integrated optimization of the first generation product.2.Crowdsourcing enables enterprises to acquire the requisite new knowledge,new skills,and new technologies for exploratory innovation from social masses,which primarily include lead users,thus changing their internal organizational inertia and any lock-in effects.3.These new new knowledge,new skills,and new technologies,which come from online platform,must combine with the existing knowledge,skills,and technologies offline to create innovation ambidexterity.And it ultimately intends to ensure novelty and feasibility in new product development.4.Different from sequential ambidexterity,structural ambidexterity,and contextual ambidexterity,the organization's innovative ambidexterity based on crowdsourcing platform is a new ambidexterity implementation mechanism.We call it"crowdsourcing based ambidexterity",which relieves the tesion of exploration's and exploitation's competition for resources within the organization boundary in the process of ambidexterity realization.5.The interactive fusion between time dimension and space dimension is a interaction process in which enterprises absorb and generate new knowledge,new skills with the industrialization of new knowledge,new skills to promote and enhance each other in two dimensions.6.Under the constraint of the enterprise's own resources,it can realize the scientific allocation of resources on exploration and exploitation through quantifying exploration's and exploitation's future cash flow income,success rate,discount rate,and other indicators,and then carrying out optimization calculation.And the organization finally achieves the ambidextrous innovation balance and the maximization of the inter-temporal profit.
