| With the rapid development of urbanization in China’s mountainous cities,a series of urban problems have emerged: the separation of natural space and built-up space,the serious pollution of air and water,and the deterioration of ecological environment;the stronger dependence on motor vehicles,resulting in the original fragile mountain city transportation system;the expansion of urban space,the disordered development of blocks,and the single space function.How to alleviate the above problems has become an important issue in the development of mountain cities.One of the important ways to solve the above problems is to promote the compact development of block space in mountainous cities.In this context,this dissertation summarizes the problems existing in the development of mountain city block,and constructs the framework of compact development of mountain city block space from the natural space,traffic space and built space of mountain city block,and explores the practical application to ensure the sustainable development of mountain city block space.The dissertation is organized as four parts: the first part is the construction of the theoretical framework of the compact development of the block space in mountainous cities,studies the relevant background of the dissertation,and constructs the theoretical basis,optimization objectives and practical approaches of the compact development.The second part discusses the method,practice and mode of natural space compact restriction of mountainous city block under adaptation and integration.In the third part,it discusses the way to realize the compact connection of traffic space in mountainous city block under the condition of high efficiency and convenience,and discusses the road network system,Tod public transportation system and pedestrian transportation system adapted to the terrain.The fourth part discusses the elements,quantitative analysis and promotion path of the compact development of the built-up space of the mountainous city block under the intensive and prosperous conditions.In this dissertation,the use of literature research,the combination of theory and case,auto With the combination of CAD technology and SPSS statistical analysis,qualitative and quantitative analysis,and induction and summary,this dissertation studies the problems of block space development in mountainous cities,suitability evaluation of construction land,data selection of block sample units,and correlation analysis of spatial elements and compactness,so as to provide support for the method and application of block space compact development in mountainous cities.The results show that:(1)the natural space problems that can be solved by the compact development of block space in mountainous cities are mainly concentrated in the meso and micro level,most of which are related to geological disasters and green landscape.The conformity of built space to external natural space and the integration of built space and internal natural space are the main contents of the restriction of natural space compactness.The land suitability evaluation of external natural space adaptation and internal natural space integration factors together constitute the index system of construction land suitability evaluation.The evaluation results of influencing factors analyzed by BP network model can determine the construction land suitability more scientifically.(2)The density of road network of block space in Mountainous City ranges from 12.98 km / km2 to 25.89 km / km2.The spatial scale of the block has a great relationship with the slope and aspect.The south slope should be considered when planning and site selection.When the site selection of the block is north slope,the slope of the block should be reduced as much as possible,which is conducive to the compact development of the block.The overall orientation of buildings in Chongqing should be45 degrees greater than the south by east or 45 degrees greater than the south by West.Tod public transportation system of block space in mountainous city can be constructed according to different levels,levels and combinations with various types of public transportation.The seamless connection between TOD bus system and conventional bus,taxi,car and slow traffic can extend its radiation range and better serve the block space.The pedestrian traffic space of mountainous city block should not only pay attention to the connection with external traffic,but also create a comfortable landscape environment inside.(3)The comprehensive compactness of the built-up space of mountainous city blocks is not only affected by the external space forms such as area compactness,longest axis compactness and shape compactness,but also by the internal factors such as block efficiency compactness.The space elements of compact development can be divided into block space form elements and block space function elements.The space form elements related to comprehensive compactness include development intensity,development density,construction land proportion,population and family number;the space function elements related to comprehensive compactness include land use mix degree,street pedestrian flow,street activity and building vertical function mix degree Fit.The main innovation of this dissertation includes four aspects:(1)from the three aspects of the compact constraints of natural space,the compact connection of traffic space,and the compact development of built space,this dissertation constructs the theoretical framework of the compact development of block space in mountainous cities.(2)From the perspective of conforming to the external natural space of the block and integrating the internal and external natural space of the block,this dissertation constructs the suitability evaluation system of construction land,so as to achieve the purpose of compact restriction of the natural space of the block in mountainous cities.(3)Using the method of sunshine analysis,this dissertation discusses the spatial scale changes of standard block under different slope aspect and direction,and on this basis,constructs a small-scale block road network suitable for mountainous terrain.(4)By using the weighted superposition method,this dissertation studies the comprehensive compactness of the built-up space of the block in Mountainous City,and explores the block space form elements and block space function elements that have significant correlation with the comprehensive compactness. |
