| Mao Zedong is a great military strategist.In his military career for nearly half a century,every period has something to write home about.And there is abundant research on this subject from the relevant experts and scholars.However,one period has not attracted full attention.It is the period from Mao Zedong's arrival in northern Shaanxi in October 1935 to his entrance to Yan'an in January 1937.Although many scholars have studied Mao Zedong's military achievements,they have not fully explored and specialized in this period as a whole.Because they have not fully realized that Mao Zedong's military achievements during this period are important to the Communist Party of China,Chinese revolution and Chinese history,they have not even profoundly elaborated the influence of Mao Zedong's military achievements during this period on his personal status in the Party and the military.This period is a low period in the historical development of the Communist Party of China,as the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China arrived in northern Shaanxi and moved around without any fixed bases.What's more important,in this period,Mao Zedong turned the tide and showed his talents in the military field,so that the Party achieved a great turning point.In this paper,the author reproduces in detail Mao Zedong's extraordinary achievements in military thoughts and practice during this period,and summarizes his great military efforts and contributions to the rejuvenation of the Communist Party of China as well as the turning point and flourish of the Chinese revolution during this period.Besides,it analyzed and summarizes the profound influence of Mao Zedong's military thoughts and practice during this period on himself and the historical development of the Communist Party of China and the Chinese Revolution.In this paper,the author takes the various situations when the Central Red Army won the victory of the Long March and successfully arrived in northern Shaanxi as the starting point,time as the main line,and the military and historical events Mao Zedong participated in as the nodes.Based on that,Mao Zedong's major military activities and achievements during this period are recorded in detail,in order to profoundly reveal the historical significance and influence of these major achievements.The literature research method is largely applied in this paper.The author uses a large number of documents,archives,and the witnesses' memoirs and reminiscences which have been publicized but not yet fully used for research,to reproduce in detail the trajectory and struggle history of Mao Zedong's military activities during this period,and to textually research some historical events.As a result,some new conclusions are drawn.There is the introduction,five chapters of the main body and the conclusion in this paper.The main contents of each chapter are as follows.The first chapter is related to the final establishment of Mao Zedong and the Communist Party of China's military line and strategic policy.In addition,Mao Zedong's important role in the establishment of the Communist Party of China's military line and strategic policy at the Wayaobu Conference is discussed.It was precisely because the military line and strategic policy were established so that the Communist Party of China established the correct basis of the following military development.The second chapter is related to the major military operations led by Mao Zedong during this period.It mainly discusses Mao Zedong's unique role,military talents,policy and principles in the Zhiluozhen Battle,the Eastern Expedition,and the Western Expedition,as well as the displayed.The victory in these battles not only greatly improved the external environment of the Red Army,strengthened the power of the Communist Party of China,but also provided abundant material for the complete formation and maturity of Mao Zedong's military thoughts.The third chapter is related to Mao Zedong's reunion with the three front armies and their centralized and unified action.It discusses Mao Zedong's great patience,sense of responsibility and overall consciousness in the reunion of the three main forces of the Red Army and the Shanchengbao Battle,as well as his outstanding ability to win the Shanchengbao Battle in the passive situation.The great efforts have been made to clarify the relationship between the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the West-Road Army and the extremely forbearance which the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China had shown to the West Route Army.In addition,the CCP played a decisive role in handling the Xi'an Incident and promoting its peaceful resolution with the close military cooperation with the Northeast Army and the Northwest Army and the positive actions.The fourth chapter is about Mao Zedong's research on the strategic issues of the Chinese revolutionary war.It elaborates the essential content and profound influence of Mao Zedong's main work about military strategy in this period,Problems of Strategy in China's Revolutionary War,and its core position in Mao Zedong's military thoughts.Mao Zedong's exposition on the strategic issues of the Chinese Revolutionary War is a summary of what he and the Red Army had learned from the military struggles during the Agrarian Revolutionary War,and his profound summary and generalization of the laws of the Chinese Revolutionary War.Therefore,it had the extremely important guiding significance to the development and final victory of the people's armed forces during the Anti-Japanese War and the War of Liberation.As a summary,the fifth chapter discusses the influence of Mao Zedong's military achievements in this period on his position in the Party and the military,and on the historical process of the Communist Party of China and the Chinese revolution.In other words,Mao Zedong's military achievements in this period not only helped him consolidate and strengthen his position in the Party and the military,but also played a great role in promoting the growth of the Communist Party of China and the victory of the Chinese revolution.In the conclusion,the author summarizes the basic theoretical construction and argumentation logic in this thesis.In the early time when the Central Red Army arrived in northern Shaanxi,the Communist Party of China was extremely weak in the unprecedentedly critical situation.Due to these unprecedentedly difficult tasks,the fate of the Communist Party of China and the Chinese revolution totally depends on whether military struggles could be successful.Therefore,the military struggles had the overwhelming and decisive importance.Having deeply realized the extreme importance of military struggles during this period,Mao Zedong complied with the development of the situation and the urgent requirements of specific historical periods.As the perfect embodiment of military talent,courage,the sense of responsibility,willpower and politician's mind,he completed t the mission bestowed by the history,cleared the way for the revival of the Communist Party of China and the Chinese nation.All the content and elaboration in this paper are surrounded this theoretical construction and logical thinking.On this basis,it further describes the significance and values of Mao Zedong's military achievements in this period as the conclusion of the paper. |
