From Krotsnaher to Brussels, the ideological evolution of young Marx is in the direction of thinking and criticizing the civil society. Moreover, young Marx's concept of civil society itself has experienced several stages of development, completed the corresponding transformation and transition, and finally formed a coherent ideological context and a complete ideological system. The purpose of this paper is to elaborate and dialectically expound the thinking way and evolution logic of young Marx's concept of civil society based on various relevant periods of Marx's early ideological development. In the process of intensive reading and examination,a rich, complete and colorful "ideological picture" of young Marx's civil society concept is truly restored and clearly reproduced.Chapter One: introduction. In this part, this paper has made a comprehensive collection and careful arrangement of the research materials and references related to the topic so far,and on this basis, has carried out a serious summary and dialectical analysis. Then,it creatively expounds the research content and system structure of this paper, and creatively discusses the complete evolution logic and thinking way of young Marx's concept of civil society. In this part, the author not only gives a brief explanation of the methodological basis and application of the concept of civil society of young Marx in different periods, but also gives a systematic explanation of many research methods adopted in this paper. These are valuable and meaningful innovations of this paper.Chapter Two: Marx's concept of civil society in Krotsnaher period. In this period,Marx completed the investigation of the political history of civil society through the excerpt of five volumes of Krotsnaher's notes. On this basis,in the same period's critique of Hegel's philosophy of law,he used the methodology of "subject predicate reversal" to break the thinking fog of Hegel's philosophy of philosophy of law,to "reverse" Hegel's reversed relationship materialism,so that the state can firmly stand on the reality of natural basis(family)and social basis(Civil Society)It solves the problem of "Antinomy of two laws" in the idealism of Hegel's philosophy of law. Finally,Marx constructed the concept of civil society based on the materialism of legal philosophy, and achieved the thinking and reconstruction of Political Philosophy Criticism on the state system, hierarchy, private property and civil society.Chapter Three: Marx's concept of civil society in the period of the Yearbook of Germany and France. In this period,Marx's thought experienced a special and important transition stage. He analyzed the secular opposition between political state and civil society, discussed the relationship between private property and civil society, criticized the alienated reality of Jewish spirit and money essence of civil society, expounded the historical mission of proletariat as a special class of civil society, and pointed out the revolutionary practice from the political liberation of civil society to the liberation of common people.Generally speaking,Marx's concept of civil society at this time is in the transition stage from the materialism of legal philosophy to the thinking of economic philosophy and the criticism of economic ethics.Chapter Four: Marx's concept of civil society in the period of Paris Manuscript. In order to explore the anatomy of "civil society",during this period,Marx's research vision turned to political economy. In the first stage of manuscripts,Marx's concept of civil society is a mixture of alienation, perceptual objectification and labor practice.Later,in the second and third manuscripts,Marx's concept of civil society gradually focused on the fields of economic history, materialistic dialectics and the practice of the Communist revolution.By borrowing the methodology of Hegel's logic about "triple inference" of quality,Marx clarified the historical evolution and movement law of private property, clarified that the main essence of private property is labor, and summarized the relationship between private property and labor.By reforming Hegel's idealistic dialectics and criticizing many theories of utopian socialism,Marx demonstrated the theory and practice of communism.Generally speaking,in this period,Marx's concept of civil society,on the one hand, has completely turned to the field of economic philosophy after the transition of the German Law Yearbook;on the other hand,in the field of economic philosophy,it has experienced the transition from the concept of economic alienation(including labor alienation and social relationship alienation)to the concept of economic history. In addition, the elucidation of the view of labor practice and the view of Communist revolution practice also constitute an important part of Marx's view of civil society in this period.Chapter Five: Marx's concept of civil society in the period of Holy Family. In this period,Marx summed up and improved the core thought of the criticism of civil society economic philosophy, and deepened the understanding and understanding of civil society's own contradictions.Through the dialectical judgment of Proudhon,Marx analyzed the relationship between the material object and human in production, and the social relationship between human and human resulting from it,so as to approach the practical view of production. In addition,Marx opened and expanded a new dimension of historical philosophical thinking of civil society.Through three times of solicitation for "absolute criticism",Marx clarified the historical formation, status and influence of modern civil society, analyzed the significance of the perceptual "material conditions" of civil society, and discussed the relationship between the people and history. In the specific analysis of each other's needs of civil life,Marx vaguely realized the important connotation of communication practice. Therefore, generally speaking,Marx's concept of civil society in this period is also of a transitional nature, with summary and expansion, which is gradually moving towards the direction of historical materialism.Chapter Six: Marx's concept of civil society in Brussels period. In this period,Marx set up the materialistic view of practice and history, and found the realistic premise and methodology foundation of the view of practice for history.Through the investigation of history itself, the production practice and communication practice as well as their dialectical relations have been fully elucidated, and the interrelationship among production, division of labor and ownership has also been comprehensively interpreted.Marx finally achieved the transcendence and transformation of the concept of civil society, and constructed the historical materialism of civil society, which also contributed to the final generation of historical materialism. On this basis,Marx critically discussed the relationship between civil society and history, objectively reproduced the historical image of civil society, and scientifically interpreted the dialectics of civil society history and practice. So far,the overall outline of young Marx's concept of civil society is clear.
