In recent years,economic growth has slowed.Under this background,the shrinking of enterprises and even layoffs have made job search and employment more and more difficult.Therefore,it is of certain practical value to study job search under this background.Since the implementation of the college enrollment expansion policy,the number of university graduates has increased rapidly,and the problem of college graduates' employment has become more prominent.Active personality as a unique personality trait can allow individuals to participate more actively in job search activities and obtain better job search results,but the research on specific influence mechanisms and boundary conditions is still very limited,and the measurement of variables is also Not the same.This research takes 2020 college graduates as the object of investigation,using social capital as the boundary condition,and proposes a new influence path of active personality on job search results.Therefore,this article can enrich relevant research and make suggestions for schools and graduates.This article sorts out the research on the concept,measurement and influencing factors of job search results and other variables.Based on the interaction decision theory and goal setting theory,a proactive personality with social clarity as the intermediary variable and social capital as the regulating variable is used to influence the job search results.Research model.On this basis,it is assumed that the influence of active personality on job search results,the intermediary effect mechanism of job search clarity,and the regulatory effect of social capital.This article uses questionnaire survey and empirical analysis methods,using SPSS software to complete the test of the reliability and validity of the scale and the test of hypothesis.Hypothesis test results show that graduates with a higher level of active personality can get better job search results,and active personality can not only directly affect the job search results,but also can use the clarity of the job search as an intermediary and indirectly affect the job search results The positive effect of the one;one thing that is different from ordinary cognition is that social capital negatively regulates the relationship between active personality and job search results.A high level of social capital will weaken the positive impact of active personality on job search results.Finally,based on the research results,based on the perspectives of proactive personality,job search clarity and social capital,specific suggestions are made at theschool and graduate levels.This research has a certain theoretical significance and practical value.In theory,it can expand the theories related to active personality and job search behavior,providing a more comprehensive research perspective.At the same time,the targeted suggestions put forward have better operability and reference significance.It can play an important role in helping college students get better job search results.
