object,through the comprehensive application of literature research,normative analysis,model construction,empirical test and other methods,it deeply explores and analyzes of the mechanism and transmission path among human capital structure upgrading,independent innovation,industrial structure upgrading and economic development.Around the main research content,the specific layout of the
