With the continuous deepening of economic globalization and the rapid development of high-tech,the development of education has become a necessary condition for a country to participate in international competition,and has become a major aspect of enhancing national competitive advantage.Education is an important means to promote human capital accumulation and knowledge progress.The development of education is related to the improvement of national competitiveness.Education equity is the embodiment of social equity in the field of education and the extension of right equity in the field of governance,economy and culture.In recent years,although China's education service system has made a continuous improvement,the supply-side products and services in the field of education in China are increasingly unable to meet the growing demand of the people for Education,the problem of unbalanced and insufficient allocation of educational resources is becoming more and more prominent,especially the problem of educational equity.There are many problems on the road of educational opportunity equity,educational process equity and educational result equity,this has seriously hindered the sustainable development of education in our country.<The outline of the national plan for Medium-and Long-term Educational Reform and Development(2010-2020)> proposes that "Promoting educational equity should be regarded as the basic educational policy of the state" and "Improving quality should be regarded as the core task of educational reform and development." Education plays an important role in promoting the development of people and society,and education equity is the driving force to promote education to achieve its two functions.The formation of high-quality labor force depends on education,and education equity is the key to ensure the quality and quantity of labor force.Through the structural reform of Education supply-side,the quality and efficiency of education supply-side can be improved,the utilization ratio of education resources can be increased,and the regional coordinated development of education resources can be promoted.Through the reform of the education supply side,we can meet the needs of the educated for education,improve the education level and promote the all-round development of the people,so as to improve the quality of the population.It can be said that the supply-side structural reform of education provides the basic guarantee for promoting educational equity and is the cornerstone for realizing social equity and maintaining social harmony,it is also an important part of achieving common prosperity,modernization and Chinese Dream.Therefore,in-depth study of the supply-side structural reform of education under the vision of China's education equity path is of great theoretical significance and practical value.This paper focuses on the construction of education equity in the perspective of educational supply-side Structural Reform,which is divided into six parts,including five chapters and conclusions:The first chapter is introduction: put forward the question,summarize the previous literature,unify the structure of the article,arrange the technical route,make clear the innovation and deficiency of the paper.Chapter two is the theoretical preparation of China's Education Equity Research under the perspective of supply-side Structural Reform: This chapter is divided into four parts,the paper traces back to the source of the Equity theory under the vision of supply-side Structural Reform;Thirdly,the paper discusses the promotion of the supply-side structural reform to the education equity of our country;finally,the paper demonstrates the requirement of educational equity in China from the perspective of supply-side structural reform.Chapter 3 is the historical evolution of China's promotion of Educational Equity:This paper divides the historical evolution of China's promotion of educational equity into three stages,that is,the period of socialist construction,the period of reform and opening-up and the construction of modernization,and the period of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Chapter 4 is China's achievements and challenges in promoting educational equity:This chapter will systematize China's achievements in promoting educational equity.Then,the challenges of Educational Equity in China under the background of Educational supply-side structural reform are studied from three aspects: Supply Guarantee,supply diversity and supply structure.The fifth chapter is the countermeasures of China's Education Equity in the view of educational supply-side Structural Reform: the Promotion of China's education equity in the new era is a systems engineering,which needs to increase the intensity,breadth and depth of policy regulation and control,and release policy effectiveness from multiple dimensions.We should not only pay attention to the top-level design of the supply side and the leading role of the policy,but also pay attention to the adaptability of the supply and promote the high-quality development of the education industry.The final part of this paper is to summarize the main idea of the full paper.
