Application-oriented college is an important part of China's higher education system,and also one of the backbone of China's human capital supply.In the development of colleges and universities,subject construction is the leader and the development of teaching staff is the core.After years of practice and exploration,the construction of teaching staff in China's application-oriented colleges and universities has transited from the pure teaching type to the application-oriented academic research team.In the era of knowledge-based economy turning to digital economy,the trend of social development is to change the relationship between people and between subjects and deepen the mode of cooperation.Therefore,in the application-oriented colleges,speeding up the construction of teachers' academic community is also an era choice to adapt to the trend of the times and enhance the comprehensive strength.Academic community is also the fundamental driving force for the development of application-oriented colleges.The construction of academic community will directly affect the application-oriented colleges to carry out applied scientific research,promote technological research and innovation,promote the exchange and collision of academic ideas,and train and train teaching staff.The indirect goal is to improve the teaching ability of application-oriented colleges,optimize the quality of personnel training,cultural inheritance ability and colleges Comprehensive management level.However,how about the construction of academic community in Applied Universities? We need to review the application-oriented colleges themselves to explore the answer.Therefore,on the basis of theoretical analysis,through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the construction of academic community in application-oriented colleges,and practical reflection on typical cases,this paper provides empirical evidence for the construction of academic community in application-oriented colleges in the future.In terms of theoretical research: This study constructs the theoretical framework of the construction of applied university academic community.First,from the multiple logic of academic community construction,this paper discusses the necessity of the construction of application-oriented college academic community.The second is to discuss the value orientation,analysis unit and boundary of the academic community construction of Application-oriented Colleges and universities by referring to tennis community thought,Bourdieu's field theory and Boyer's multi academic thought.The third is to propose that the core of the construction of the academic community of China's application-oriented colleges lies in "cross-border" and "coordination".The fourth is to discuss the elements of value,function and structure in the construction of applied university academic community.Fifthly,according to the operation characteristics of the applied university academic community,it is divided into five types.The sixth is to regulate the value orientation of the applied university academic community through specific elements,structures and types.In the empirical research,this study mainly does four aspects of work: first,the data collection of the construction of the academic community of application-oriented colleges.Combined with theoretical research,using literature method and interview method,a questionnaire on the construction of academic community in Application-oriented Colleges and universities was compiled.The questionnaire was distributed by snowball sampling method.A total of 806 valid questionnaires were collected.Second,it measures the current situation of the construction of academic community in application-oriented colleges.Thirdly,structural equation model is used to analyze the data to explore the operation of the applied university academic community.Fourth,case analysis and practical reflection.Three application-oriented colleges and universities with distinctive characteristics in the region are selected as typical cases to deeply reveal the existing state of the construction of the academic community of application-oriented colleges.Through theoretical discussion and empirical research,the research findings on the construction of applied university academic community are as follows:First,the construction of academic community in application-oriented colleges is a historical necessity under multiple logics.Firstly,the construction of academic community conforms to the historical logic of "field identity platform" transformation of applied universities;secondly,the good governance logic of academic community itself is the action logic of the construction of applied university academic community;and the construction of applied university academic community is the value yardstick of the tripartite community of "society,colleges and teachers".Based on the above logic,in order to promote the continuous development and standardization of research,more and more researchers gather together because of the same interests and common research beliefs,which creates the basic conditions for the formation of academic community.Second,the core of the construction framework of applied university academic community is cross-border and integration.The core of the construction of academic community in China's application-oriented colleges lies in "cross-border" and "synergy".Among them,cross-border includes internal cross-border and external cross-border two plates.Within colleges and universities,the construction of academic community in Application-oriented Colleges and universities should do a good job in three aspects: first,breaking the boundaries between disciplines and specialties;second,breaking the boundaries between groups;third,breaking the boundaries between departments.Outside the application-oriented colleges,the construction of academic community should also focus on the overall coordination among the field,organization and culture.First,government school linkage,to achieve top-level coordination in policy resources;second,to break the boundaries between schools and enterprises and actively promote school local / school enterprise linkage cooperation;third,to break the boundaries between application-oriented colleges and other schools and vigorously promote school school linkage.Third,the overall level of the construction of the academic community in application-oriented colleges is low,and the problem orientation is clear.In descriptive statistics,the overall score of application-oriented college academic community construction is 3.231,converted to 64.62 in the percentage system,which is in the pass level,and the standard deviation is 0.875,indicating that the dispersion degree of the survey samples is relatively concentrated.The scores of the four dimensions are also relatively weak,from high to low are: participation score 3.379,standard deviation 0.907;operating mechanism score 3.216,standard deviation 0.928;academic achievement score3.197,standard deviation 0.941;organization construction score 3.164,standard deviation 0.934.From the above data,we can see that the overall construction of the academic community of application-oriented colleges in China is not good,and the following conclusions are drawn:(1)the basic status of organizational construction has not been highlighted;(2)the operation mode of academic community is not smooth,and there is a lack of centripetal force among the elements of the operation mechanism;(3)the participation enthusiasm of the members of the academic community is weak;(4)the academic effect attaches importance to the materialized effect,The promotion effect of academic ability is low.Fourth,the differences between groups in the construction of academic community in application-oriented colleges are prominent.On the difference analysis,through the analysis of the survey data of 806 applied universities,it is found that the applicationoriented colleges in different regions(F = 47.075,P < 0.001),different educational levels(F = 12.461,P < 0.001),and different disciplines(t =-4.500,P = 0.000 <0.001)have significant differences in the construction of academic community,and have formed typical characteristics among different dimensions:(1)should There are significant differences in the construction of academic communities in applicationoriented colleges among regions,which are positively correlated with regional economic level;(2)there are significant differences in the construction of academic communities in Application-oriented Colleges and universities,which are positively related to the level of running schools;(3)there are significant differences in the construction of academic communities in Application-oriented Colleges and universities,with majors leading comprehensive categories in an all-round way.Fifthly,the structure of academic community in application-oriented colleges is stagnant.Based on the data of structural equation model analysis,it is found that there are two main internal operation relations of application-oriented college academic community construction: direct effect and indirect effect.Firstly,the total effect of organization construction academic effect is 0.0842,of which the direct effect is 0.147,and there are three indirect effects,totaling 0.842: organization construction ?operation mechanism ? academic effect,0.881 * 0.663 = 0.584;organization 276 *0.134 = 0.037;organization construction ? operation mechanism ? operation mechanism ? academic effect,0.88 * 0.625 * 0.134 = 0.074.Secondly,the total effect of operation mechanism to academic effect is 0.747,of which the direct effect is 0.663,and the indirect effect is operation mechanism operation mechanism academic effect,0.625 * 0.134 = 0.084.Finally,the total effect of member participation ? academic effect is 0.134,the direct effect is 0.134,there is no indirect effect.Therefore,the factors that affect the academic effectiveness of application-oriented college academic community from large to small are organization construction,operation mechanism and member participation.Through the analysis,the following problems are found: first,the organizational construction is the primary factor affecting the construction of academic community,and the academic community is in the low-level stage.Two,the operation mechanism is over operating in the construction of the academic community;three,the participation of members in the adjustment of the academic community.On the basis of questionnaire survey,through in-depth interviews with typical cases,the following problems are found: first,there is a gap between the cross-border in the application-oriented college system and the cross-border outside the system;second,the concept and mode of academic exchange in application-oriented colleges lags behind the requirements of social progress and university development;third,the collaborative effect of application-oriented college academic community is limited.Therefore,based on the specific problems in the construction of application-oriented college academic community,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of application-oriented college academic community from the fields of culture,system,resources and other cross-border attributes: First,cultural innovation in the construction of academic community in application-oriented colleges.Firstly,we should strengthen the culture of academic environment to form the group consciousness of the members of the academic community;secondly,we should attach importance to the culture of academic system to ensure that the members of the academic community have rules to follow;thirdly,we should optimize the culture of academic behavior to ensure that the members of the academic community can participate in the behavior persistently.Second,the system reform of academic community construction in application-oriented colleges.First of all,we should reform the basic rules and regulations to ensure the standardization of the process of the construction of the academic community;secondly,we should reform the supervision and evaluation system to improve the implementation efficiency of the construction of the academic community;finally,we should reform the regulation and management system to safeguard the academic interests of the construction of the academic community.Third,the resource guarantee of the construction of the academic community in application-oriented colleges.First of all,strengthen foreign exchange to ensure the human resources of the construction of academic community;secondly,strengthen the management of funds to ensure the financial resources of the construction of academic community;finally,use new academic media to ensure the information resources of the construction of academic community.
