Community education has been carried out in China for nearly 30 year.As an important component of the education system and an important part of community construction,community education plays a significant role in improving the overall quality of the people and maintaining social harmony.With the continuous advancement of the construction of learning society,the government's attention on community education is also increasing.In this context,it is urgent to call for more social forces to participate in community education.Meanwhile community education resources should be integrated to promote its development.The main participants in the community education system generally include the govenment,community training schools,communities,community residents,social organizations and the private sector.Through the analysis of multi-participation in community education from the perspective of synergy theory,we can further enrich the application scope of "synergy theory,and verify the guiding role of synergy theory in the process of multi-subject collaborative operation of community education.On the basis of innovating the operation mode of multi-participation in community education,this paper tries to clarify the positioning of each participant in the community education system and promote the positive interaction between all participants.In terms of research methods,this paper chooses F community in Changzhou City as a typical case study.Data were collected through participatory observation,structured interviews and questionnaires.Otherwise,it combines various literature related to community education.The content of the study covers four aspects:the main forms and contents of community education activities,the ways of obtaining funds,the participation of residents and the achievements achieved.The motivations of multi-subject participation in community education can be analyzed from two dimensions:endogenous motivation,exogenous motivation and interest-driven,command-driven,psychological-driven.The operation mechanism of multi-participation in community education can be constructed according to the dynamic "triangle" mode under the leadership of the govemment.This mode needs participants to cooperate with each other,communicate and supervise each other.And the realization path of this mode should be considered from five aspects:overall planning of community education,resource integration,curriculum design,project implementation and education evaluation.Social workers who play the roles of "gainers of resource","service providers","supporters" and "managers" can guide residents to participate extensively,improve the quality of community education so that exert the influence of community education in community construction.Therefore,they have specific professional advantages in intervening in community education.Community education plays an important role in improving the quality of community residents and promoting the construction of community cultural environment.However,due to the ambiguity of its affiliated departments and the uncertainty of identity positioning,the current community education is facing many difficulties.Although community education has attracted much attention,its development is still relatively slow.What is needed is the promotion of multiple forces to folly integrate educational resources.Expecting the promoting of community education and the construction of a learning society.
