Poverty,together with disease and war,is called the three major problems that have plagued mankind for a long time.In ancient times,due to the backwardness of science and technology,there were many poverty.There are still a large number of poor areas and poor people in all countries(including developed countries).Therefore,poverty reduction is a long-term and worldwide problem.Since its founding,the Communist Party of China has made it its original mission to lift the people out of poverty and live a prosperous life,and poverty reduction as its long-term cause.It has reduced poverty through a series of means such as revolution,construction,reform and assistance,and has set the great goal of comprehensively eliminating absolutely poor areas and people when the party is 100 years old,We should enable the people of the whole country to live a well-off life in an all-round way.By the end of 2012,General Secretary Xi Jinping took the historical responsibility of tackling poverty
