With the rapid development of science and technology and its increasing effective implementation,technology is growing more and more influential in the field of education,and the advent of the era of "Internet +" also accelerated the integrative pace of technology and education.Technology is primitively used in the field of teaching and distance education;But today,technology has been achieved its application in various field of education,such as education management,campus construction,education evaluation,special education and etc.And corresponding to the wide application of technology in the field of education,the issue of how to realize the deep integration of technology and education trigger thinking and discussion.In March 2012,China’s Ministry of Education released the Ten-Year Development Plan for Education Informatization(2011-2020),which for the first time puts forward the idea that information technology should be deeply fused with education.From then on,the developing direction of Educational Technology in our country shifted from the simply integration of information technology and education to the deep confluens of the information technology and education.After many years of theoretical exploration,many scholars have put forward in-depth and useful views on how to realize the deep confluens of technology and education;And after years of practical exploration,the interaction between technology and education has changed its form from the initial one that as a means only participate in education to the present one that using to change former teaching modes and teaching structures.However,there is still existing a problem on the confluens degree in the process of the deep confluens of technology and education.The interference of various factors in educational technology practice can caused the problem,but the root case is the contradiction between the tradition of education and the efficiency of technology,which will inevitably directly affect the realization path of the deep integration of education and technology.In order to deepen the understanding of the relationship between technology and education as well as further the exploration of the deep confluens of education and technology,it is necessary to dissect the symptoms and mechanisms of the efficiency of educational technology from the philosophical perspective,and to reflect on the contradictions between technological efficiency and educational tradition in the confluent process of technology and education as well as the misuse of technological efficiency in the field of education,and therefore to further explore the proper path direction of the deep confluens of technology and education.In this case,educational technology will realize the positive development in the future,and technology will really energize education,which will bring education the sustainable development power in the new era of information technology.This study studies the efficiency of educational technology from the perspective of technical philosophy,and chooses the macro investigation as the research ideas.Taking the development of the theoretical connotation of technology and education,the development and evolution of both history and the relevance on the effectiveness of the application of educational technology as the main investigation points,this paper discusses the representations,internal mechanisms,internal contradictions and practical problems of educational technology efficiency,and puts forward the purpose of this study on this basis: the proper way to deepen the confluens of education and technology.The research process focuses on the efficiency of educational technology,and conducts the discussion by the clues of the phenomenon,the nature and the reflection in turns.The content analysis method,history research method and the comparative research method were used in this research.First,the content research method is used to collect,classify and text-analyze the Chinese and foreign literatures of technical characteristics,human nature and human liberation,and to sum up the relationship between technology and efficiency,the relationship between technology and human nature and the relationship between technology and human liberation in the principle of concerning the historical context veins and inheritance.Secondly,the historical research method is used to make a comprehensive analysis and judgment on the similarity or diversity between various characterizations of educational technology,various characteristics within education system and the technological efficiency and the educational tradition,so as to grasp the efficiency of educational technology,the effect range of efficiency of educational technology efficiency,and the contradiction between education and technology.Thirdly,the historical research method is used to analyze the historical data of technology and education in the order of historical development,from which the changing interaction between technology and education could be obtained,and the future trend of interaction between the two could be systematically speculated.The first part of this study is the demonstration of "what is the efficiency of educational technology".In this part,we first arrange the historical knowledge longitudinally of technological development,and combined with the existing literature to prove that efficiency is the essential attribute of technology;and then we arrange the historical knowledge longitudinally of the development of education and educational technology,and concludes that there is a interaction existing between technology and education;Finally based on this,we compare the practical dimensions,practice methods and results of educational technology horizontally and summarize and demonstrate the characteristics presented in these changes,so that we prove the efficiency is the core characteristic of technology in educational practice.The second part of this study is a demonstration of "how to achieve the efficiency of educational technology" from three-dimensionalities: the value base,goal orientation and the range of action.In this part we first comb through the multi-faces and hierarchies of human nature and demonstrate of the relationship between technology and human nature based on historical facts,and then launch that the value basis of the efficiency of educational technology is the technology’s concern for human nature;Secondly,through combing and dissecting the connotation of "human liberation" and demonstrating with a large number of historical data the issue that how technology achieves human liberation,we prove that the goal orientation of educational technology efficiency is to realize the liberation of human labor.Again,we analyze and demonstrate the practical facts of educational technology at home and abroad and conclude that the efficiency of educational technology is mainly acted on human’s cognition.The third part of this study is the argument of "the inherent contradiction between the technological efficiency and the educational tradition ".In this part we first review the history of Chinese and foreign education and examine the of education practice to summarize the tradition of education,and then,on the basis of the dialectics of contradiction,we fully demonstrate the contradiction between technological efficiency and educational tradition from both positive and negative aspects,within which we put forward the idea that technical efficiency and educational tradition are unified as well as opposed.The fourth part of this study is a thought on "the reality deepening the contradiction between the efficiency of technology and the tradition of education ".Firstly,we point directly to the problem of misusing the efficiency of technology in educational practice by examining the practice of educational technology itself,and secondly,we digging the reasons why technological efficiency is misused in educational practice by investigating various factors.The fifth part of this study is the reflection and demonstration of "the future direction to make good use of the efficiency of educational technology".In this part we enlighten from the Chinese philosophy of " harmony without uniformity","beauty represents itself with diversity and integrity" and Professor Ye Lan’s educational thought of "educational dual-subject theory",and discuss how to make good use of the efficiency of technology to empower education,which will truly realize the deep integration of technology and education,and bring the future education a sustainable power to develop in the technical society.There are two findings in the study.First of all,the objective-existed contradiction educational tradition and technological efficiency is an important influencing factor that influent the further confluens of the current technology and education.Technology focus on the most basic and fundamental needs of the human nature,thus the nature of technology is to pursue better demand experience by continuously improving its efficiency;Education,however,pays attention not only to the most basic and fundamental needs of the human nature,but also to the cultural,psychological and spiritual needs of the human nature,thus shapes the unique "slow" tradition in the longterm development: first of all,the purpose of education is to realize the "turnaround" of the soul;second,the process of education should follow law of education;thirdly,the spread of education is realized through the emotional interaction and preaching;and finally,education can’t instantly show its real results.Therefore,the efficiency of technology will conflict with "slow" tradition of education mentioned above when technology interacts with education,which actually affect the deep confluens of technology and education.Second,there is the problem of misuse of technological efficiency in the current confluens of technology and education: pursuit educational efficiency with technical efficiency;education is heavily relied on the efficiency of technology;the efficiency of technology will cause schools and teachers become useless.Behind these problems are incorrect value orientations of educational technology,such as radical technology supremacism,using technological efficiency to support the bad educational practices,and narrowing the connotation of education.These wrong value orientations will make the confluens of education and technology,which already existing internal contradictions,fall into a strange circle,resulting in more difficulties to achieve the deep confluens of education and technology.Education and technology,which have been existed before the birth of educational technology,formed the independent and complete system and created the logic and the law of its own development.Educational Technology,which was created and developed after the birth of the education system and the technology system,is a new system in fact that aggregates education and technology.Therefore,it can be said that the education system and technical system,which are originally independent,are both the main body in the practice of the new system,and the interaction between the two is equal in this new system.The interaction of technology and education should reverse the traditional direction of mutual aggression or one party’s demand for the other’s fullness,but to maintain a friendly relationship of mutual respect based on the principle of "harmony without uniformity",which both fully recognize the advantages of technological efficiency and respect the tradition of education,so that technology and education have the space and ability to give full play to their own characteristics and advantages,rather than crowding out or pressing each other;thus the two should create a new educational ecology with both the efficiency of technology and the tradition of education.To construct this new educational ecology,it should be first to realize the coordinated symbiotic relationship of technology and education,and then to work on the area they each specialized.With the independence of each other and the cooperation with each other,the effect that pursuit of “1+1>2” could be presented,and the cocreation of technology and education could be achieved.In this sense,education in the new era of information technology can obtain the momentum of sustainable development motivation to truly promote the positive development.
