| In the process of promoting the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,and improving the quality of economic development,industrial transformation and upgrading with multi-subject and multi-level characteristics promotes industrial collaboration,drives innovation cooperation and agglomeration of factors,and optimizes production distribution.It is not only one of the key areas that need to be breakthrough,but also an important way to build a modernized economic system.Reasonable evaluation and exploration of its promotion path can provide dynamic feedback for the orderly promotion of the coordinated development strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the effective implementation of policies.Taking the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as the research category,this paper based on the core framework of "measurement-evaluation-mechanism-path",carries out method research and empirical analysis around the systematic evaluation of industrial transformation and upgrading effect and the in-depth excavation of the promotion path.Firstly,based on the measurement and evaluation of industrial transformation and upgrading effcet,the spatial-temporal evolution characteristics of industrial transformation and upgrading effect were systematically studied from the aspects of fitting distribution,intra-regional and trans-regional radiation effects,etc.Then,with the quality of economic growth and the potential of spatial linkage as the entry point,and from the "quality" and "speed" and other aspects,this paper deeply excavates the multi-dimensional economic influence effect and mechanism of industrial transformation and upgrading.Finally,through the empirical measurement of internal and external driving factors,and the regional net effect test of the influence of collaborative development strategy,the paper proposes a multi-dimensional path to promote the effect of industrial transformation and upgrading,and carries out quantitative and comparative analysis on it.Integrated part of the above measure and empirical,the study found that:(1)the whole regional industrial transformation and upgrading effect showed significant increase trend,especially after 2014,the growth is significant.the industrial structure optimization transformation and industrial efficiency is the core dimension;However,each city in the region has a certain level difference in the double level of time and space.In addition,in terms of radiation effect,there is a "multi-node" nonlinear dependent relationship with Beijing as the core within the region,while a weak linkage mechanism between regions is presented.(2)Industrial transformation and upgrading has a significant non-linear effect on both the quality of economic development and the spatial linkage potential,which is more in line with the complex multi-dimensional characteristics of industrial transformation and upgrading in urban spatial linkage development;Among them,there is a "threshold" mechanism to the quality of economic growth.However,the effect of industrial transformation and upgrading driven by "speed" is not significant.(3)From the perspective of internal and external driving,technological innovation and digital level have significant spatial spillover effect.Further,a new path of industrial transformation and upgrading is proposed,including innovation-driven linkage development of high-tech industries,digital-driven competitiveness improvement of digital industries.(4)The proposal and implementation of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional coordinated development policy has played a significant promoting role in the industrial transformation and upgrading effect of the region.The influence effect is robust,and at the same time,it shows a significant regional effect.Finally,combined with the research conclusions,this paper comprehensively gives relevant suggestions for improving the effect and path optimization of industrial transformation and upgrading in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.The main contributions of this paper are mainly reflected in the following four aspects:in terms of research content,it breaks through the traditional scope of industrial structure adjustment and designs a measurement system that can effectively and comprehensively reflect the effect of industrial transformation and upgrading in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei from two dimensions of inter-industrial structure optimization and intra-industrial efficiency improvement.From the perspective of research,taking differentiation evolution as the breakthrough point,this paper considers and evaluates the effect of industrial transformation and upgrading in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei from the perspectives of evolution trend of three industries and segmented industries,and characteristics of collaborative and linkage development.And from the macro to micro,from the internal power to the external constraints and other aspects of industrial transformation and upgrading effect to explore the promotion path.In terms of research methods,driven by the actual problems in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the measurement model and measurement index of the nonlinear method are designed,and the scientific choice of path optimization and strategy implementation is given.On the research conclusion,through the application analysis,it reveals the spatial and temporal differences in the effects of industrial transformation and upgrading in the cities of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,and there is a certain dependence on external environment and policy orientation,which provides conclusion support for the multi-dimensional improvement path of the effects of industrial transformation and upgrading. |
