The energy crisis increasingly serious today, the development of new energy, improve the energy utilization is industrial society as an important issue. The progress of science and technology and improvement of people's living standard, phase change thermal mass materials, especially the paraffin, with its big density energy storage, regenerative exothermic approximate isothermal characteristics can realize energy storage and release, has great practical value. Petroleum after dewaxing craft and get used to the paraffin discussed, as materials, can greatly improve the thermal properties of buildings, strengthen the building of indoor amenity, improve the energy utilization. Therefore, the preparation of paraffin wax research level, for improve construction industry storing heat capacity, and improve the petroleum wax of value-added products, has the extremely vital significance.This paper describe fushun petrochemical company No.1 oil factory minus five line distillate using solvent dewaxing devices are dewaxing preparation of paraffin wax. In the existing conditions, based on solvent ratio, agent oil ratio, dewaxing section number and crude oil fractions viscosity influence solvent dewaxing process factors are studied, and determine the optimal production paraffin processing route. From the theories of crystalline, using polarizing microscope from microcosmic angle, it is observed that paraffin wax crystals of nuclei formed, lumber, links, namely, the process of paraffin grew up the crystallization process, the factors affecting crystallization were studied to determine appropriate paraffin crystal condition. The defined production process route of paraffin is appllied in practice of fushun petrochemical company No.1 oil factory existing production lines, scale production, and the production of paraffin wax performance is analysed, the production equipment consumption and consumption materials are evaluated. The results of the study indicate that: select butyl ketone morpholine-toluene binary mixed solvents, when butyl ketone: toluene = 6.5:3.5, paraffin wax yield 21.9%, oil content for 1%; When agent oil ratio is 6:1, paraffin wax yield reached 24.1%, normal alkanes content is 92.3%; Adopt two sections of dewaxing paraffin product normal alkanes content for 90.8, wax yield in 25.6%; When the viscosity of crude oil production paraffin fractions should be controlled in 7.4 mm2 / s around. With digital camera microstructure observed minus five line distillates, found paraffin wax crystals exhalation in cooled to 70℃; As filtration temperature decrease, the cerate quantity adhere to the filter cloth is more and more, namely wax yield greatens; The cooling speed for 10℃/ h get crystal larger size, the cooling speed for 60℃/ h crystal size minimum; Through the rest for 30min processed precipitation of paraffin wax crystals number increase than before, and rest for increase of paraffin crystals increase, Test using 1214 type filter aid agent, paraffin crystal chips slightly smaller, form surface structure, crystal structure become small and finely.After a series of experiments and analysis, has established a set of to minus five line distillate as raw materials, butyl ketone morpholine-toluene binary mixed solvents as solvent production of ketone benzene 70 # paraffin doffing dewaxing devices, and to production of the product derived for the quality analysis, each index all qualified, DSC analysis when the temperature for 52.23℃paraffin begins to dissolve, the latent heat phase transformation for 355.6 J/g, when 58.77℃heat-trapping heat flow is maximum, Material balance analysis: oil, wax product comprehensive yield was 90.7%, dewaxing yield was 48.4%, wax yield 42.3%, achieves the ideal yield.
