| Three rivers are the old JiaoGang River, YangGang River, FanShen River that flow through the BenCa River and the TongYang River,lies in Haian city . Flowing the economic and the city development, more and more the three Rivers are polluting seriously and the color is changing imcontinously (first yallow ,then become turbid ,the last black with a fishy smell) that imfluence the production , living of the imhabitant along the three rivers and restrict the development ,outlood of Haian . To improve the condition of the urban rivers ,make the better product and living environment ,the gorvorment of Haian order to realign the three rivers ,based on finding out the reason of pollution.The paper applicat method of system cluster analysis to acknowledge the classification of three rivers ;applicat the method of principle component to acknowledge the main contaminated element ;comfirm the reason of pollution based on the main contaminated element and pollution source ;put forward the comprehensive management include cutting inside pollution source , outside pollution improving the flowencd and renovating habitat based on making sure the environmental containment and town rural surface flowence.We draw conclusions as follows:1)Three rivers' water quality exceed V class , serious pollution ;chief contaiminated element is TP ,NH3-N ,the first source is living. 2) Pollution trend :the chief containminated elements take a turn for the worse .3)Environmental containment:YanGang River COD551.9t/a, NH3-N 69.0t/a , TP 14.6t/a ; Fengsheng River COD 243.7t/a , NH3-N 31.3t/a, TP 6.2t/a; Old JiaoGang River COD 189.5t/a , NH3-N 22.5t/a , TP 6t/a. 4) The city maximume flowencd of ground ,YangGang River , FengSheng River, Old JiaoGang River are 99000t/a, 97300t/a, 105700t/a . The urban maximume flowence of ground are 62600t/a, 29500t/a, 60700t/a .5)The comprehensive management are dam sewage-sewage disposal system, dredge river, regulate the flow of river and dredge waterway coach . |
