Combine to the water pollution control programming, the model ass utilized to process optimization calculation of the sewage disposal rate of each drain, so as to make the water quality meet the control target value. The optimization model which takes into account consideration of the costs of both the sewage disposal and the water resources is constructed, and after ascertaining the whole water requirement of the river in the area, the model is utilized to process optimization calculation of the flux of each river and the sewage disposal rate of each drain.
