Hydraulic support has an important function as the key equipment of full-mechanized mining technology in the safety production of coal enterprise. Hydraulic support maintenances proper safety space and protects the machines and people's safety production in the full-mechanized mining face by supporting roof reliably. But recently, the safety accident occurs frequently, as a dominant factor in the man-machine system, man is the most important causation of accidents, so the coalmine enterprise must enhance the training of hydraulic support workers. The mode of existing training is stiff, the cost is high, attaining effect is poor, these shortcomings have disclosed completely. In order to strengthen the training and do safety production well, we must design a training software system which is new and fitting for modern time.This paper introduces the problems existing in the training about hydraulic support of coal enterprises nowadays on the base of analysis about safety production in coal enterprise. It knows about the research actuality and application foreground of simulation technology applied in coal mining system at home and aboard by reading lots of materials, and the developing status of computer graphics.This paper analyzes basic theories about computer simulation: similarity thought, cybernetics, information theory. It introduces three ways about computer simulation, and studies the key technology about dynamic simulation system. It orients and analyses the simulation system of hydraulic support, raises the total design of hydraulic support simulation system realization according to the hydraulic support training in the coal enterprises, the system is divided into three modules: entity model making module, graphics displaying model and hydraulic system principle model. The paper analyzes the function and realization methods of each module. This paper supplies three ways to modeling: CGS,methods of expressing features and outside data import. And it both discusses the courses of this there modeling methods and the date-storage format of triangular mesh model, which is translated from entity model.The paper sets an example of ZFS5600/17/35 hydraulic support, introduces the structure and function module of the system, and designs the simulation of the partition of hydraulic support, the assembly and backout and hydraulic system.
