The Management Of Accident Emergency And Its Maturity Assessment

With the outbreak of accident more and more frequently,the accident emergency management is commonly concerned.On the basis of the safeties' relativity and the accidents' absoluteness,the basic theory of emergency management is generalized as well as its maturity assess.The basic task of accident emergency management and its remarkable effects on reducing the casualty number and the lose of property is discussed.Based on the counting of the casualty number in severe accident,the necessity of studying emergency management is presented.From the view of the carry out of emergency management,the whole management system is divided into the static management system and the dynamic decision-making system,the management function for each of it is also investigated.The problem of addressing single emergency serve point is solved using the theory of"absolute cetural point"as a branch of static management. In contrast, the classification of building fires is taken as example of accident classification.By using the arithmetic of"Feed-forward backprop"network,the"BP"network is builded using Matlab as classification system.At last,the system of maturity assessment is also builded on their eace 6 aspects and a reality assessment is given as example.
