Management of Mine ventilation is one of the most important management affairs in the production process of mine. The situation of the mine ventilation directly influence on the safety and health of workers employed inside of mine, production and economy efficiency. Because of the improper ventilation management, grave worksite accidents frequently occur for years. Therefore, in order to realize the high-level security of mine production, technical level should be promoted and ventilation management has to be strengthened.With the rapid development of information technology and the global information process, the quality and means of management are required to be improved. Therefore, it has been a new subject in front of us how to use the modernized means to improve the efficiency of operations. For realization of the automation of information management of mine ventilation,"security information management system of mine ventilation"is established in order to change ventilation information transfer lag and the situation of low efficiency of operations, avoid the reproducibility, and advance the correctness and timeliness of statistical results.Under the need of ventilation data management, the thesis researched and designed three-layer structural ventilation management system basing on B/S (browser/server).The system is based on .NET platform, adopting the ADO.NET data visiting technology and related optimized technology and using the C# language. This system is composed of presentation layer, business-logic layer and data layer. Presentation layer is situated at clients, at the support of the general browser. Business-logic layer serves as medium agent that is said application server. Data layer is regarded as database server. Furthermore, owning to the database in the system exist the heterogeneous phenomena, the thesis makes a certain degree of discussion on this issue.To the ventilation safety assessment,the core content of the system security, this article will introduce AHP, through the mine ventilation system malfunctioning caused by various accidents cause analysis, the use of qualitative and quantitative analysis method to establish the mine ventilation system security evaluation index system and the safety evaluation model that can effectively evaluate the overall safety of mine ventilation system, so as to solve the traditional evaluation process of the human, material and financial resources wastage. Every department and chief manager can attain the ventilation information in time through the application of new system, according as which every department and chief manager can make a better decision on ventilation. The system owns high potency and general-purpose characteristics.
