Security Management Research Of Zaozhuang City Dangerous Chemicals

With the unceasing development and improvement of human production and living standard,the varieties and quantities of chemicals that people use have rapidly increased, but chemicals'dangerous characteristics, namely, inherent flammability,virulence and harmfulness, also pose certain threats to the human survival. Therefore, by conducting well the safety management of the dangerous chemicals, it is of realistic significance to promote chemical industry's continually stable and healthy development and protect the great masses'personal safety and health. In the process of city transformation,Zao Zhuang cultivates coal chemical industry as the superiority, which calls for more severe safety management of dangerous chemicals. Thus, it becomes more important and urgent to strengthen the safety management of dangerous chemicals. Against this background, this paper,under the guidance of the author's more than 10 years'work experience in this industry, first examines the current situation of china's safety management of dangerous chemicals and then conducts systematical research on the safety management of Zao Zhuang's dangerous chemicals.In the process of analyzing Zaozhuang's safety management of dangerous chemicals, the author always bears in mind how to improve the prevention and management of risks and accidents throughout the full text. This paper consists of five parts:Chapter one is introduction. This part focuses on the purpose and significance of this paper, the research review of dangerous chemical safety management at home and abroad,the study background,objects and ideas. The author puts forward that it is necessary to strengthen the safety management of dangerous chemicals, so as to reduce the community's public crisis and ensure social harmony and stableness, to do a good job of the survival and development of institutions related to dangerous chemicals, to integrate China's chemical enterprises with the international market,and to promote city transformation and industrial restructuring of Zao Zhuang.Chapter two is the overview of China's safety management of dangerous chemicals. This part mainly studies the basic conditions of china's dangerous chemical safety management, including basic concepts and theories of dangerous chemical products, development of China's dangerous chemical safety management, main policies and negulations of dangerous chemical safety management.Chapter three is the coal chemical industry strategies of Zao Zhuang and risk analysis of dangerous chemical profession,. This part mainly explains the importance and urgency of strenghthening safety management of dangerous chemicals through the analysis of coal industry location in the city transformation of ZaoZhuang,and the category,quantity regional distribution and protential risks of Zaozhuang production and management of dangerous chemical products.Chapter four explores the persent situation and problems existing in Zaozhuang's dangerous chemical safety management. This part mainly analyses and studies main measures taken to manage the safety of Zaozhuang's dangerous chemicals, as well as the process and major issues about it.Chapter five puts forward suggestions concerning how to srenghthen the safety management of dangerous chemicals. This chapter mainly focuses on strenghthening the "responsibility and service" concept pf dangerous chemical safety management,establishing and improving the entire regulation system from the source to the end,further improving the safety management pattern and emergency rescue system, strenghthening the safety base of dangerous chemical enterprise and its management level so as to further strenghthen the team building of dangerous chemical safety management supervision.In this paper, the author renders opinions on the development stages of China's dangerous chemical safety management,background and risk analysis of Zaozhuang's dangerous chemical safety management,and suggestions of strenghthening it. Through the paper, the theories of dangerous chemical safety management is closely combined with its practical application and operation.Certainly,there are many deficiencies in this paper, which needs further study.
