As the economic globalization and international trade's rapid development, global environmental pollution is serious day by day, thus has produced many theories about the international trade and ecological environment. These theories mainly divide into two viewpoints: Trade in hazardous and Trade is beneficial. Reform and opening in the past 30 year proved that the system transformation of our country's market-oriented tendency promoted the efficiency of resources deployment to enhance, caused the fast growth miracle of Chinese economy, meanwhile, The high speed growth of economy led to unreasonable consumption of ecology resources and energy materials in our country. For which created the new environment pressure and deepened the contradiction between environment and trade. Guangdong and Zhejiang are two big foreign trade provinces in our nation, but the environment pressure of them is also serious. This article establishes a measurement model, in which contains the total export, the industrial exhaust emissions (or the industrial wastewater emissions), the fixed capital investment, and selects 20 years'data (1990-2008) of Zhejiang and Guangdong province. The model is based on influence to regional eco-environment from different trade growth models, studies the relationship between export of the two provinces and their eco-environment. In order to achieve the sustainable development between trade and environment, the model seeks for suitable trade growth model for the export-oriented trade growth pattern and the endogenous trade growth pattern within the scope of Guangdong and Zhejiang, and provides reference effect for our country regional economy internationalization and harmonious improvement. As can be seen from the impulse response results, no matter the industrial exhaust emissions or the industrial wastewater emissions are taken into consideration, as well as the overall environmental costs relative environmental costs, the impact on the environment from export in Guangdong Province is relatively larger, its variance decomposes explains dynamics is about 70%. In comparison, the growth in exports in Zhejiang Province has no significant effect on the environment, and changes little in the long term, and its variance decomposes explains dynamics is about 20%. The results show that environment pollution is more sensitive to export under "export-oriented" mode, but in the "endogenous-type" mode, this relationship is relatively weak. In terms of Zhejiang, environmental pollution mainly comes from small and medium private enterprises and other non-export industries, has less influence by the export. The main conclusion of this article is, according to the empirical evidence, provinces of export-oriented trade growth pattern, like Guangdong, should make efforts to prevent "the transfer of environmental costs", optimize industrial structures, change foreign trade development model, vigorously develop the environmental protection product, and develop environmental industries positively; while provinces of the endogenous trade growth pattern such as Zhejiang, are required further efforts to increase environmental protection, raise awareness of environmental protection, carry out the clean production and the management, and try to make the environmental costs internalization.
