In a part forged process of the aircraft engines, once the processing method is as following. First of all, mould is preheated to 350℃in the heating furnace, then kept in the heating furnace from 2 to 3 hours; Secondly, the mould and part that heated to 1000℃are put into the mould seat of the 1,600 tons screw pressure machine. This method in which mould seats are not be heated while moulds are preheated, makes mold seats temperature drop too fast and the parts quality different, which cause enough machining allowances, lower production efficiency, heavier worker's intensity, lower machining precision and quality. Mould seat transformation of the screw pressure is designed to improve processing quality and design of the part in aircraft engine.Main research content and work in the thesis are as followings:(1) According to the source and background of the thesis, the research method and means are proposed and the developments, applications and characteristics of the programmable controller (PLC) are introduced. At last, the main research contents of this paper are given.(2) Mould seats transformation technical difficulties and solutions of the screw pressure machine are introduced in this chapter and then mechanical system, hydraulic system and the measure and control system of constant temperature mould seats are illuminated.(3) Structure design, intensity check and main property parameter calculation of the mould seats are introduced. Then temperature distribution of the mould seats temperature field based on ANSYS simulation software is simulated to improve their structures.(4) Definition and characteristics of Ordinary PID control method are introduced and definition and characteristics of two degrees'PID control algorithm are illuminated. In addition, the PID control algorithm of target that is filtered is used in the screw press machine, which has made good control effect.Measurement and control system development and experiment of the screw press machine's mould seats have been completed.and it is proved:structure of the mould seats is reasonable, and strength and precision satisfy the operating requirements; Heating pipes in the application and distribution are proper and temperature distribution is uniform; In 2 hours, mould seats can be heated from normal temperature 25℃to 350℃and temperature differential between mould seats is small. So it has high control precision; PID control algorithm meets the precision control requirements and the actual application effect is good; after the improvements, the machining process has been made high processing efficiency and machining quality is improved greatly.
