Research On Protection And Sustainable Utilization Of Water Resources In Wuhan

As the sustainable development, strategic economic and important basic resource, water, is not only the source of human civilization, but also the important material for human survival and development. Water is also the guarantee of social progress and sustainable development.With the rapid progressing of urbanization, the number of urban residents is become larger, the economic is jumping. More and more people focus on the water pollution problems (water is the carrier of industrial wastewater and domestic wastewater) and irrational using of water.According to the problems of water resources in Wuhan city, this paper investigating the quality, the protection of the water resource and the controller of water pollution. Using the theories of the sustainable development, the environmental economics and the strategies of rational exploiting, it is proposed that the general layout and the implementation plans of rational protection, centralized administration, efficiently utilizing and comprehensive treatment, making the water resources developed sustainable so as to accelerate social economic progress.The first chapter introduces the main researcher content and the researcher background and the significance of the water resources.The second chapter introduces the theories of sustainable development, resources science and environmental economics for depth study.The third chapter compares the administration, the protection policies of the water resources between foreign and China. Some valuable experience could providing reference.The fourth chapter introduces the problems of industrial wastewater and domestic wastewater and the administration and effect of the policies of water resources. The current situation of the water resources in Wuhan is evaluated. The water resource restricting the social economic is depth studied.
