The intelligent electrical network has already become the newest development direction of the world electrical power system, simultaneously it is the research focus of intelligent distribution network. In the development of power distribution automation, feeder automation system of a distribution automation has been the core concern, and then it has the requirement that feeder automation system can realize quasi-real-time closed-loop controling such as monitoring, protecting, controling and network automatically reconstructing under the normal and the Fault state. The Control Strategy and Implementation that The paper's Research take the combination about persented with the high voltage circuit breakers the intelligent feeder terminal FTU protection technology and the control center FA technology are able to meets the requirements of feeder automation system.The main focus of this paper is to take the combination of timing and function about the intelligent feeder terminal FTU protection technology and the control center FA technology. It includes three design elements, the First, intelligent protection control design in the FTU. Secondly, the communication network design between FTU and the master background, this paper uses GPRS wireless communication network. Finally, making use of the C++ language achieving the FA subsystem design, and then make use of the Debug to verify fasibility.In the design of feeder terminal protection unit, the paper adopt "DSP+CPLD" structure form as Hardware core, collect and calculate the network real-time data using DSP data processing ability, to provides fast accurate protection criterion for the protection program. At the same time useing CPLD peripheral logic circuit "patulous ability, to provide good interface logic between DSP and peripherals. For software design of protection unit the system use RTOS real-time operating system, in this paper,through transplantingμC/OS-Ⅱoperating system manage the entire system software running and reasonable timing distribution to achieve system high real-time. the paper design the FA running using the C++ language. Based on GIS network model, the FA running build topology models to realize Fault diagnosis and Fault isolation and Restore power and then the FA make use of the Debug to verify.
