The Research On VTS Vessel Traffic Management Integrated Information System

This thesis brought for ward the implement scheme of the VTS information. Management system and caught it into execution basing on the requirement of VTS to the information management subsystem and the study on the implication of the database technology in the system. Managing the vessel information, information management subsystem can assist operator to supervise the vessel traffic and offer the reliable information to the department of vessel traffic Programming and decision-making. But conventional information management system can't meet with the development of the VTS system in many aspects, for lots of ship dates, there is not a complete large management subsystem to manage. So the thesis conducted the research on the disadvantage mentioned above.This thesis discussed the database technology, Which is used to realize information management system, compared a few data models and established the system scheme and realized the system combined with the technology of data mining. This thesis is starting with VTS information management. Now a project on construction of VTS Integrated information System has been carried out, which based on the research that focus on data exchange between different VTS sand maritime service systems. Further research was carried out on core technologies, such as data sharing, network security. The accomplishment of VTS integrated information system also confirms this research is feasible.This thesis discussed the database technology, Which is used to realize information management system, compared a few data models and established the system scheme and realized the system combined with the technology of data mining.The specific results are as follows:Firstly, The design of the database of management subsystem. According to the analysis of data collected by various sensors and entry, storage and handling of data of network transmission, the accuracy, consistency and integrity of date is ensured.Secondly, The design of the structure of management subsystem. Based on the study on the management subsystem of VTS, the system becomes a marine service center and can be used as a stand-alone network to exchange and handle the relevant date.Thirdly, the module design of management subsystem has been completed. Through the details of Ship management information system, the specific process of management subsystem can been better to understand.
