China’s rapid economic development, urban modernization into Cheng Bu deepening construction project quantity and scale rapid growth. In the investment scale rapid growth at the same time, the project in the long term for the "super three" phenomenon has not been resolved. According to the data show that nearly 90% of the final settlement price exceeds the initial investment plan, mainly caused by the engineering change cost overruns. Because of this, the engineering change impact factors and control methods in the study of Cheng Biangeng is very important.This paper firstly introduces the research status at home and abroad, to summarize the related concepts of engineering change, analyzes the reason which causes the change and exists in the form of recognition of the engineering change factors. In this paper, through the analysis of current situation of physical changes to the tube project of our country, find out the existing problems of our country in the engineering change management.Based on the literature review, summarizes 13 influence factors of cost change as the evaluation index, establishing the evaluation system. This paper makes an empirical study of the engineering change and cost influence, choose four examples of engineering, through the analysis of engineering example, the degree of influence factors of each engineering change cost impact on the. In the four case, the choice and decision-making unit owners caused by the change of gold accounted for the total amount of the proportion of the change is the biggest, the average reached 60.49%. In the engineering change factors, influencing the construction unit selection and decision to change the total amount is maximum, the average reached 40.694%; followed by the owners of the degree of support project transactions, the average reached 12.49%; third is the accuracy of the results of the survey and design, the average reached 11.50%.This paper through the analysis of the cost impact of engineering change, put forward the corresponding control measures for change, including in the project decision-making stage to do the demonstration project to change the location, plan to make a detailed analysis and evaluation of the full and reduced construction, choice and decision making unit caused by the change; through the reasonable selection of the contract at the same time, should be clear in the contract parties to the main responsibility to ensure engineering change, engineering change management measures for the effective implementation of the project; it has changed, how to adjust to changes in price. This paper studies the engineering change management method and measures, has a strong practical and operational, can be used for reference to the project parties.
