| Along with the development of science technology, people need more and more energy. However, the primary energies such as petroleum, coal, gas and soon have been exhausted gradually. Building a conservation society and executing the sustainable development strategy are becoming extremely urgent. In our county, the construction industry has been one of the three main energy consumption industries, which consumed about one third of the energy. Nowadays, promoting urbanization vigorously either brings people the comfortable life environment, or the energy consumption increasing. Under this grim situation, the goal of decreasing 16% energy consumption per GDP unit has been figured out in the "12th five-year plan". Therefore, construction energy saving is become more and more important. Green construction evaluated system is the standard to measure if the construction can save energy or not. Some of the developed countries’green construction evaluated system have been studied in this paper, and made the developed countries’systems compare with ours’ in order to find our systems’ advantages and disadvantages, and also bring out the improving way. It provides a good science standard for our construction energy saving process’s good and fast development.First of all, in chapter one of this article, the background and meaning of this paper was introduced, which illustrated the research methods and contents. Chapter two showed the basic concept of the green construction. China and other countries’ green construction evaluation system have been Researched and analysised in Chapter three. In Chapter four, one of program in Beijing has been researched according to our evaluation system. In Chapter five, I according to Evaluation this program, and learning advanced experiences of foreign countries’green construction evaluation system, the disadvantages of our green construction evaluation system have been pointed out, and the development direction and evaluation system have been improved.
