Study On The Construction And Implementation Of Construction Schedule Of TJ Project

With the rapid development of real estate industry in China in recent years, all kinds of engineering project appeared at the speed of overwhelmed. People pay more and more attention on project construction general contracting management, and the related research topics emerge quickly. As one of construction project’s control target, schedule management is a leading position of the whole project control target and system with special significance, it can help drive and coordinate other work.Research on project construction schedule planning and implementation has great significance on both project itself and construction enterprises. First, it can help the project completed on time, control the construction cost and improve the project’s benefit. Secondly,it can help to improve construction company ’s management level and market competitiveness, help the company develop to a management technology-oriented company.Around the establishment and process control of engineering project schedule, this paper use a TJ project in Tianjin as case study, systematically studies the key points of establishing project construction schedule. According to the compiled construction schedule planning network diagram, compare to project’s real progress, summary two important aspects of schedule process control: the beforehand control and intermediate control. Then, verify the thought of this article from the results of the project’s actual completion situation.The TJ project completed on September 20 in 2014, before the contract date for more than 40 days with remarkable economic benefit and social benefit. At the same time, it won multiple awards on quality and safety and also harvested the investor’s recognition and praise. Therefore, the project complete the paper’s directly verify target successfully, which is “under the premise of the engineering quality standard is not reduced and the cost is not increased, try to make the project completed ahead of the completion of delivery, so that the overall benefits for promotion”.Finally, summary the paper’s research on four points, and and points out the two bright spots of the article and also indicate the existing one-sidedness problems in the research.
