Research And Development Of3D Distribution Network GIS

Based on the three-dimensional geographic information technology, virtual realitytechnology and scientific visualization technology, Three-dimensional distribution networkgeographic information system can faithfully reproduce terrain and distribution equipmentaround the distribution network. The system combines the distribution network andgeographic information, so that it can view, edits, manage, and query distribution lines andequipment. The system can provide the distribution network line distribution, distributionnetwork equipment management, location information and other professional property data tothe planning department, construction department, operation department, administrationdepartment efficiently. It implements integrated information management and analysis, andprovides decision support, new method for distribution network management. Threedimensional geographic information system for distribution network is essentially belong tothe scope of information system, so we first start from the system’s data informationmanagement and classify a variety of data involved in the system according to their spatialattributes. In addition, we describe the data source, i.e. the space data and the correspondingdata processing method. This article describes one database design method, based ongeographic information system (GIS), for the distribution network management system; themethods to manage data is using hybrid structure, management of spatial data using GISsoftware, and non-spatial attribute data is a relational database management and non-spatialattribute data into the underlying database, engineering database. We discussed in detail howto set up the database connection and realization of spatial data and attribute data. And thenthe article puts forward the "three dimensional distribution network geographic informationsystem" tiered software architecture, and introduces a software development model. Finally,based on three dimensional GIS technologies and distribution network management needs,using design method for three-dimensional modeling and model, this paper proposes a systemdesign and makes it true in distribution management system..
