Research On Traffic System And Suitability Of High-rise Housings

High-rise housing has played more significant role with Chinese great housing construction presently. Being a mode of high strength land use, it has significant meaning to those regions that have overpopulation and rapid economy increase in China. However, high-rise residential developments faces challenge in many ways; how to resolve the transportation and intercourse with high residences design faces the problem to figure out.According to plenty of examples and information, this thesis discusses the influences of the factors to the traffic system and merit and shortcoming with different formation, in high-rise live transportation and high-rise residences two aspects. There're 5 chapter in the thesis: residential traffic present condition, the high-rise residential actuality analysis, high-rise residential traffic design, high-rise house internal traffic models and high-rise traffic space intercourse. The thesis would offer a way for the plan and design of high-rise residence from now on.
