A Study On The Sustainable Utilization Of Water Resources In Laoshan Region

Laoshan is a water-deficient region with the rapid development of municipal construction and social economy, where the demand of water is increasing continually, and the quality of the river deteriorates, so the protection and the sustainable utilization of the water resource have been the important content of the water management to the Laoshan region.In this paper, with the investigation, the quality of Laoshan water resource has been analysed by using the method of "W", and the sustainable evaluation has been done generally by the "PSR" model, therefore, the protective area of Laoshan water resource has been divided and the measure has been proposed.At the aspect of the quantity of Laoshan water resource, the characteristic of space-time and the status of exploration and utilization has been analysed, and the forecast of water amount demand has been built, the balance and the rational collocate between the supply and the demand has been analyzed, at the same time the measure has been proposed .According the above analysis about both the quality and the quantity of Laoshan water resource, the basic principles of the evaluation index system of sustainable development of Laoshan water resource are set up. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP method) is adopted to evaluate the sustainable utilization of Laoshan water resource quantificationally, by which, the groundwork is provided for the sustainable utilization of Laoshan water resource.
