With the development of economy and the progress of technology, especially the rapid expend of logistics industry , the construction , role and relation of each traffic model including railway have greatly changed. Railway enterprises face the problem that how to compete and cooperate with other traffic models in order to acquire development. At the same time, the condition of today's economy, enterprises' external relationship and internal mechanism have also changed, so railway enterprise must adjust their models to join the market competition with a new angle and means.Most railway hubs locate large city, with the urban process acceleration, almost all of city plans are preparing to adjust to establish new modes and strategies, railway hubs also have to adjust accordingly. Railway pivot concentrate many lines and workers that can provide dense traffic transportation services and have strongly affect to urban traffic, railway bureaus should grasp the opportunity, when drawing new plans, they should do their best to make the planning meet the needs for the changes, make sure that pivot harmonize with urban traffic to acquire more economic and social beneficial result. How to analyze the operation in a particular and systemic way has great meaning to plan the development of pivot more reasonable and attract more railway passengers on the premise of the whole traffic system's optimization.The article analyses a series of problems related to the integration of railway hub and urban traffic, including the models of integration, the common process and frame of integration ect. On each problem ,the article all go on thorough analyses, on the base of analyses above, I draw some conclusions. With regard to the way of realization, I propose and focus on the railway hub and urban traffic integration of Chengdu city, demonstrating the theories' legitimacy. At last, I wish the paper could have some leading significance to railway hub development.
