Resarch On System Of Cooperative Design With Dynamic Alliance

Cooperative design with dynamic alliance is a kind of advanced design mode, with the objective of responding market demand rapidly and improving the competitiveness of enterprise (enterprise colony). Now, the research on cooperative design with dynamic alliance mostly aims at such key techniques as dynamic alliance building, process management of distributed manufacture design, the system structure for cooperative design of dynamic alliance. But there are few researches relating to the dynamic property, provisionality and security of dynamic alliance, and agility of building alliance.Based on the study of the theory and correlative key technologies of network cooperative design of dynamic alliance, this paper analyzes the importance , the existed questions and the solutions of enterprise building dynamic alliance for cooperative product development. The researches focus on the following aspects:(1)Aiming at the characteristic of cooperation design for alliance enterprise, a star-like with the core agent sever, exoteric, fitting to dynamic alliance , patulous system structure is designed.(2)Aiming at the characteristic and functions of the core agent sever, its structure and functions of the main functional modules are studied.(3)Using the way of command sequences and data-drive, the problem of performed commands and feedback time-lapse are solved, and the work flow charts of the main functional modules of the core agent sever are designed.Finally, basing on the above researches and implement of the system structure, and taking one mechanical manufacture's design as example, this paper analyzes the implementary solutions of integration of alliance enterprises, alliance building, re-building and finishing quickly, and the environment of cooperative design for alliance enterprises.
