Large-scale construction project involves multiple areas of investment subject、management subject and interest subject with complex relationship that the traditionalorganization mode for construction enterprise cannot satisfy the diversity personality andrefinement demands of management and coordination. Dynamic alliance as the newdirection of the enterprise organization model, it can achieve the mutual complement ofcore competence, the sharing and optimal allocation of resources among the enterprises torespond quickly to the complex and volatile market chance and obtain competitiveadvantage. This model has been recognized and applied more and more widely, and thecombination of large-scale construction project and dynamic alliance is a successfulintroduction of dynamic alliance into construction field which enables each participatingsubjects of engineering agility to deal with the complex, changeable, fierce internationaland domestic markets competition at this stage, to achieve a new market competitionmodel of win-win cooperation.In The establishment, operation and management of the dynamic alliance oflarge-scale construction project has been thoroughly analyzed and researched on the basisof dynamic alliance and synergetic in this paper. Firstly, it analyzed the characteristics, lifecycle and the reasons for the formation of dynamic alliance of large-scale constructionproject from many different angles; Secondly, the formation process, core competenceidentification partners’ selection method of dynamic alliance has been studied and themodel is developed combined with qualitative and quantitative methods. And the interestcoordination mechanism has been formulated under the idea of participation of interests bythe method of vector synthesis. Thirdly, the paper does a research on the operational phaseof dynamic alliance based on its life cycle and the major conflicts and their causes of thisphase have been summed. Finally a solution of collaborative management has beenproposed to settle the running conflict of dynamic alliance of large-scale constructionproject. The collaboration of process, information, organization and culture in dynamicalliance can reduce and eliminate the operational conflicts and instability, to guarantee thesuccessful of dynamic alliance of large-scale construction project and achieve a betteroverall interest of the alliance.
